酒店非常舒适和漂亮，服务非常好！每位员工都会和客人点头问好，有宾至如归的感觉。泳池尤其值得一赞！订房- 时要求高层，和要一张BB床，结果安排的位置非常好，在最高的4楼，且山景房还能看见一点海，BB床也早已- 安放好。晚上散步，在较为偏僻的地方都有人值班。因为飞机4点起飞，我们请求延迟至2点退房，不但满足了我- 们的要求，还提示到机场非常近，2：45出发即可，可安排2：30退房。

泳池比较晒，如果多点树荫遮挡就更好了。离店时请求叫出租车到机场，报价30马币，后经沟通降为20马币，- 但由于机场离酒店非常近，一般15马币即可。有点宰客的感觉。

酒店风光还不错，但是环境一般，人多。

服务员非常的热情，而且门口的服务人员在帮你处理事情的速度和态度都非常的好！

选择这家Shangri-La主要是因为它离机场比较近，而且有传说中最美的落日（虽然最后因为天气的原因，还不够美），总体感觉还- 是不错，酒店的游泳池很不错。旁边的香宫中餐厅做得还不错，而且也不算很贵。

酒店的服务感觉不如Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resore，我们因为机票的原因想要推迟1小时（1pm)退房被拒绝，酒店人员也不如RRR的热情。私人- 沙滩很小，小孩很多。价格比RRR高，感觉性价比不高。

室外的景观

早餐一般，房间空间比较小。

The staff went beyond their duties to make us feel welcome and tried their utmost best answering all our questions and needs. The place was beautiful and not too far from the city. The concierge was most helpful with arranging all our tours. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choices. The sunset was a sight to behold and the pool was just terrific. If you're looking for a huge beach to explore then maybe shangri la pantai Dalit would be better. All in all it was a memorable trip. Thank you !

The beach was small and I suggest that you stay at the Kinabalu sea view suite and others are abit far from all the restaurants and pool

Location and setting, (only 6 minutes drive from airport to hotel). Breakfast buffet was good, and free use of tennis facilities was good. Loved the sunset bar. Peppinos restaurant very good.

Staff were very slow and inefficient; waited 1 hour for dinner one night, then were told it would take another 20 minutes, so gave up. Also staff charged us 90 ringgit for an early morning hotel/airport transfer, andf took us to the wrong airport. We then had to pay for a taxi to take us the right airport. That was very disappointing. We didn't know there were 2 airports, and the hotel never asked us what airline we were flying or which terminal to go to. If they had theis wouldn't have happened.

I liked the in room service. All was done as promised in 20-30 minutes. I liked the pool. I liked Locitane cosmetics in bath. I liked glass bottles with water.

It was very poor choice of kids food (kazakhstan kids). Our native menu differs from Malayasian and Chinese.

Very family friendly. Attentive staff. Convinient location.

Food is average. Many social events which you may not expect in a resort type hotel.

Completely luxurious. Everything from the rooms, the outside pools & beaches & the fantastic breakfast. This is by far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip, slightly pricey but well worth it. We thought the choice of breakfast was out of this world as were the bars, especially the sunset bar which was the most relaxing place ever!!! Great location if you want to venture out as only a short taxi ride to the waterfront where there is an array of bars & restaurants. We didn't use the spa - however this also looked amazing. Great hotel & I would really recmomend it for both couples and families.

Excellent childrens facilities and location, although kk is still developing and does not offer us style shopping or restaurants. A resort style hotel which largely caters for Japanese and Chinese visitors and offers a wide spectrum of catering for all tastes but could be classed as pricey.

I felt the sunbeds could have been more comfy, no matress whilst we had stayed in sister hotel 50 mins away these had been available there. Also not cold water brought around the pool, free large bottles in the room but got warm in the sun, again sister hotel offered this.

Was very nice stay in shangri-la resort I realy have very good time I spindet I love to come back to this plase nixet time
