L'accueil et l'aide des réceptionnistes et en particulier de la jeune femme, Vii, qui nous a bien aidés avec son jeune collègue. Elle nous a également donnés des bonnes adresses pour manger. La première nuit, nous avons eu un problème de bruit avec les climatisations de toutes les autres chambres qui donnait sur la terrasse attenante à la nôtre, et elle nous a changé dès le lendemain soir, sans problème.

The location of the hotel, and limited parking spaces. A bit inconvenience for people who drive.

This was the best hotel we've been in Malaysia. The owner is very helpful, staff is really nice. Rooms are exactly like in the offer: big enough, all facilities work well. We were able to choose on what kind of pillow we would like to sleep. Everyday housekeeping. This hotel shows that you can have clean and nice room and it doesn't cost you a fortune.

That's a new hotel and located in an acient town. That's suitable for person who just want to explore the George town.

There is not any activities for travellers in the evening. It's very far from a new town, that locate along with the beach.

The management of this hotel is pretty good. the staffs are wonderful! They are very friendly and helpful.Absolutely problem solver! The room is very tidy as well and recommend to stay for a city trip.

Stayed for two nights with two other friends and it was great! The room is very clean and looks new. Got to choose our own pillows. If you want anything (I.E.: praying mat, iron, hair dryer, etc), just ask and they will provide it with no charge. The staff are very friendly and informative. Near to the main road to catch a bus/taxi. Near to Komtar to catch the free bus trip around Georgetown (2km). Wifi is provided in the room. A great value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Tv has 3 channels only. No wardrobe / cupboard. No refrigerator.

MR Liao is a very nice and kindly person, he told us how to find the most authentic local snacks in penang, and the most important thing is he could speak in Chinese~~~~the hotel is about 15mins--20mins walk from Komtar~ If u have time, u can just walk to there...walk through the Time Square and go straight that main road until u get to Jalan Siam, then walk to teh end of this road u will find this hotel~~

A best part was we get to choose our own pillows . Credit to all the staff for being so friendly and helpful.

It a bit hard to get a correct direction to this hotel. Lucky the hotel staff come and fetch us after more than half an hour searching. Thank you.

The streets around the hotel looked a little rundown but the location is within easy access of food and entertainment

The staff are really nice and helpful. They allowed me to check in earlier, and provided very useful maps for the town.

The wall is pretty thin...I had to hear the noise next door in the midnight...And the location is a bit far from the oldtown attractions.

hotel staff are very kind and friendly, with help of Mr.Yang, we hired a local van the next day to travel around in Penang. There is street food night market about 10 min. walk from the hotel.

Staff(one guy and one girl as receptionists, we only communicate in english and boss can speak putonghua, they are helpful and nice and in patient.good service and safe. It is worth to stay in the hotel. Not expensive. Good experience.

Location Clean Value for money

All wokers at so Hotel are super excellent friendly even cleaners. The hotel woker carried my seven luggages to my room then I handed over very little tip for him but he denied. He said it is my job to do. The nextday I asked the direction where I have to head to the clerk. He explained it in detail and printed the map for me. I got touched. It was very nice experience to stay at so Hotel.

We can watch only 1 or 2 tv channels and not enough parking lots.Maybe putting a shoe chest inside of the room will be hygienic for the guests.
