location....... close to village, markets, beach. Friendly staff. Handy cafe for casual meals. Handy shop for small items. bathroom and kitchen very basic and not clean. Mattress very hard. Threadbare towels. Sheets that had been made up from remnants of other sheets. Disappointing after the website blurb and photographs, & when compared with other malaysian hotels of similar tariff. Monkeys which jumped into spa pool when playing....do they carry disease? |

Everything was negative. The apartments need a good deal of refurbishment.The photos are misleading.There was no cuttlery or crockery. I do not think that booking.com should have these apartments on their list.It will harm their reputation.The decorative state was disgusting.Pipes were leaking. Worst of all is that Building work was taking place and we were never informed prior to our booking. Everything was bad about the apartments. A sad chapter to my holidays in Malaysia. |
