This hotel provides a very good value for money... It was clean, well maintained, quiet and adequately equipped and nicely decorated... Breakfast was nice and professionally served... 1- Upon our booking, the hotel staff keep calling us from 8 am of the morning of the day of our arrival. They called us totally 5 times between 8 am to 3 pm and to make sure that we are actually going to that hotel. Although we answered their phone calls all 5 times, It was terribly annoying that hotel staff could not trust us and bother us with several and frequent phone calls. 2- The location is quite far from town center and for travelers how do not have car, can be tough. 3- The day shift staff reception girls are completely non-professional, unhelpful and impractical. However, the night shift guard and staff are friendly and helpful. 4- They had only two sets of toilet/shower for female guests. 5- The rooms are slightly smaller than what it suppose to be. 6- Tooth brush and tooth paste are not provided.

New building. Clean. Shared bathroom, gents have 9 -10 bathrooms but female only have two. Single bedroom do not have kettle. When I purchase online, stated exluded service and government tax, but hotel staff charge extra 16% to the price that I deal at booking.com. no choice but have to pay for it.

The location is quite off the city centre and this good for relaxation especially getting away from the crowd. Facilities can be improved by providing massage chairs even if coins or notes operated ones are available. This will help guests to wind down after a day of sightseeing and shopping.

The room is nice and enough for two people. Location is good if you are familiar with melaka and has own vehicles. The price is fair. The room service was quite late, on the first day of our stay, we put out a sign to clean our room, but when we're back in the evening around 5pm, the room wasnt cleaned yet and the staff came in about 5.30 while we were resting. While we were there on Saturday, the Hotel was undergoing renovation and we came back in the evening to have a rest but was unable because the noise was too loud and we measured the Decibel was maximum 101 dB. We went down to the reception counter but they asked us to bear with it until 6pm. Overall a very unhappy and bad experience, as we were not able to rest and relax at all! They offer 2 choices for breakfast only.

Its cleanliness, beautifully decorated rooms and value for money... This hotel is great... We were so lucky to find this newly constructed hotel... Even shared bathrooms are completely clean and well constructed with the best comfort... Air conditioned rooms are very comfortable and well designed... Rooms are big enough The only problem is location, which is not in walking distance to Mallaca major tourist destinations. However, it is only less than 10 minutes drive (including traffic jams and lights) to reach down town.
