firstly,the frontline staff were friendly and helpful. also, we could easily walk to eating places and shopping malls .

the door knob at the entrance our room was loose. it was quickly fixed after we reported to housekeeping.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of local foods are available in front of the hotel in the evening.

Lack of entertainment facility, such as family kara'OK in and around the hotel.

It was a big dissapointment to me.However,the hawker food was good.

The staff are very friendly particularly the bell boys. The lobby area looks impressive

Could use a face lift.. need to change the carpeting and furniture and improve the condition of the bathroom.

Wonderful location for food lover. Komtar shopping is also within walking distance.

very good experience and near to shopping malls, close to local city bus stop to go to jetty and ferry to butter worth, Indian market. Very close to cine multiplex. I will stay again in this hotel on my next visit.

Location is good. Easily to get food.

We actually booked for 2 rooms which adjacent to each other. When we called up in the afternoon to ensure whether it was adjacent and the reservation officer assured us it was alreday reserved for us and it is adjacent (as we know we will reach Penag in late night). However when we reached the hotel in late night, the reception counter told us it was not adjacent. and kept saying they "don't know... don't know"... etc. It was very poor arrangement and bad experience.

I enjoyed going down to breakfastand chose to do so. Occasionally the food was replenished adequately, but on the whole it was good food. The housekeeping was excellent. Reception service was poor with difficulty in understanding what was happening [ckecking in] but it much better when checking out.

As described earlier checking in was confusing with taking 2,800 rm for two rooms each, when I was paying for both rooms on my credit card. It would have been easier if he took a charge for both rooms once. The staff were very polite at reception.

Walking distance to various food centre and shopping mall. The staff are polite and providing good services (especially bell service).

Its location was fantastic. The free upgrade allowed us unlimited wifi which was really useful for us.

There were stains in the bathtub. The plugs in the basin and tub were too tight; takes too long to drain both.

Room fine for the money

No airport pickup as requested when booking + no hotel transport back to airport: surprising for a 4*. Breakfast area congested obstacle course around heavy metal chairs. Location down past Komtar means a 30+ min walk to heart of historic Georgetown.
