Das Hotel liegt zentral, sodass die Stadt zu Fuss erkundet werden kann. Es ist sauber. Etwas abgewohnt, aber noch okay. |

Good location close to food hawkers. An interesting temple at the other side of the street, well worth a visit in its own. The check-in was very slow. |

Hotel location is good as many touristy spots are within walking distance from hotel. The on-line rate is reasonable, however a bit costly after we changed to an e-room. Suggest to give a discount if guests stay more than 2 nights :) |

Sunway is very centrally located. Well within walking distance to bus terminal and Prangin Mall. I like the best about this hotel is the convenience of eating all the delicious Penang food just outside the hotel ! It's a very busy hotel, and the breakfast in the cafe can be quite noisy and it's not easy for the staff to cope, eventhough they tried their best. |

good sized clean rooms, convenient city location, well equipped and fairly priced, though there may have been a promotion in place at the time of stay Staff at check in not too helpful- I had boked weeks in advance requesting a no smoke room to be told only smoking rooms available due to full house.Looked at the offered room which smelled like an ash tray and refused it- this was 2.15pm (check in no earlier than 2pm) - I was then asked to wait 20 minutes after which a non smoker room was available.It was obvious that an atempt had been made to push me into an available smoking room for the convenience of the check in staff and I wouldnt have been offered the type of room pre requested if I hadnt made a fuss about things. |

It's located right in midtown and accessible. Many street stalls just outside the hotel and lots of local delicacies. The breakfast spread are limited and not very tasty. The housekeeping are not very prompt and equipments are not in working conditions. |

location is good especially for taking buses. hotel price is low. if you prefer a bughet travel in penang. this hotel is a good choice. services are not good. no extra blanket. while we stayed there 2 days, the electricity stopped twice. |

the location is perfect for shopping, lots of great food along the street and the hotel staffs are helpful and friendly. the bed sheet is covered with stain and are not changed everyday. The bathroom is not that clean either especially the slippery mat. |

The location and breakfast. Thank god we only stayed at the Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang for one night. We requested a non smoking room, but there were no more non smoking rooms available. But they said the room was clean. When we got to the room, it smelled so bad of smoke we could barely stay in it. Our room looked worn out, it really needs an update. The carpet had stains and the furniture had been there a long time. Also, the bed wasn't clean. The sheets had stains. |

Almost everything from service, food, locality, cleanliness and definitely value for money. All of us are very happy and satisfy with our choice of this hotel, we will stay here again if we visit Penang in the future. We are happy that we have made the right choice and the whole trip was enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang. Loud music from below the hotel till late in the night. |

Proximity to Komtar was great. The street it's situated on hosts street stalls for food every night. The pillow was so hard! So I didn't sleep well when I was using it, but didn't bother to request a softer one. |

The king size bed and pillows are very comfortable. I like the toilet too as it is very spacious with a bathtub. On the second night stay in the hotel, our 2 keys cards are not able to access to open our room, therefore we had to go down to the reception for help 3 times. |

Very close to the city center, shops and eating places. Hotel staff not attentive enough. Asked for a non-smoking room but when checking into room it was stinking of smoke. Previous occupant had obviously been smoking inside room. The room safe was left in the locked position and hotel reception was advised and requested to reset safe lock. This was never attended to despite 2 calls being made. |

Have been traveling Europe for 20 years and now ASia for the past 8 years. Your staff is the best I have seen to date. They are sincerely considerate, caring and concerned for the Sunway clients. To me it seems that they would bend over backwars to satisfy a client. They are not directed as to what to do, they are self motivated. A petty issue, the tile grout that is covered over with caulk to disguise the mold/mildew |
