Nous sommes arrive a 21h ,la chambre n était pas disponible,nous avons attendu 45min a la réception pour enfin avoir notre chambre vers 21h45!!!du jamais vu!!!en plus la réceptionniste avait l'air de trouver cela normal...pas internet alors que annonce sûr le site.

Excellent rapport qualité prix ; le personnel est souriant et disponible ; chambre spacieuse et propre ; hotel bien situé ;

It is very convenience especially the food and shopping easy to find.

When I check in at 2.00pm they make me wait till 3.00pm to pass me the room keys. They should improve ion it.

The staff were excellent . The superior room we stayed in was excellant. The buffet breakfast was great .We would stay there again

We were on the 7 th floor but some nights we could hear the Karoke (somewhere near the hotel) untill the early hours of the morning.

Well, very convient "good food"Hawker Cenre near by. Shopping walking distance. In the centre of the city. Parking provided - Good. Value for money.

The staff at reception counter was not friendly and not enough table during breakfast.

good sized clean rooms, convenient city location, well equipped and fairly priced, though there may have been a promotion in place at the time of stay

Staff at check in not too helpful- I had boked weeks in advance requesting a no smoke room to be told only smoking rooms available due to full house.Looked at the offered room which smelled like an ash tray and refused it- this was 2.15pm (check in no earlier than 2pm) - I was then asked to wait 20 minutes after which a non smoker room was available.It was obvious that an atempt had been made to push me into an available smoking room for the convenience of the check in staff and I wouldnt have been offered the type of room pre requested if I hadnt made a fuss about things.

It's located right in midtown and accessible. Many street stalls just outside the hotel and lots of local delicacies.

The breakfast spread are limited and not very tasty. The housekeeping are not very prompt and equipments are not in working conditions.

location is good especially for taking buses. hotel price is low. if you prefer a bughet travel in penang. this hotel is a good choice.

services are not good. no extra blanket. while we stayed there 2 days, the electricity stopped twice.

Thank god we only stayed at the Sunway Hotel Georgetown Penang for one night. We requested a non smoking room, but there were no more non smoking rooms available. But they said the room was clean. When we got to the room, it smelled so bad of smoke we could barely stay in it. Our room looked worn out, it really needs an update. The carpet had stains and the furniture had been there a long time. Also, the bed wasn't clean. The sheets had stains.

Proximity to Komtar was great. The street it's situated on hosts street stalls for food every night.

The pillow was so hard! So I didn't sleep well when I was using it, but didn't bother to request a softer one.

The king size bed and pillows are very comfortable. I like the toilet too as it is very spacious with a bathtub.

On the second night stay in the hotel, our 2 keys cards are not able to access to open our room, therefore we had to go down to the reception for help 3 times.

the landing could do with a good scrub but the rest of the hotel is okay.
