Location is strategic facilities and the services is very poor, i have been waited for 45 mins to check in, and they request to wait for 40 mins more for the king size bed which they claimed that the previous customer was still occupied the room even the check out time is over, i need to mentioned it was 3pm that time. Is this the service to what so-call the four star hotel should provided? |
