The staff are extremely nice and helpful, we arrived at 10 am when check-in is 4pm. They let us have one of the four rooms first so our elderly and young could rest and take medication as 3 of us were sick. Staff are polite, we were greeted on every meeting. I think the reservation could help to offer more choices of transfer from KLIA to Sunway, they only gave me the option of a 8 seater for RM$250 per way per van. It would have costed RM$500 to fetch 14 of us, 9 adults and 5 children. We finally took from the Limo service at RM$255 for 3 cabs. I've checked with Charmine from your taxi counter and she confirmed that they have RM$120 for a 7 seater cab, which would be good to fetch all of us if I had taken 2 units. I do wish the hotel could look into improving that, we actually intend to engage the transfer from hotel as it is deem more reliable. We were disappointed that the price was too high and had no other option. I could have saved us lots of anxiety. |

linked to the shopping mall. free ice dispensing machine. we arrive early and we got checked in. friendly staffs. breakfast selection was great and the food was refilled up till the end of breakfast time at 10.30am. Free newspaper. fridge was kept empty so no worries about charges from minibar. Elevators are usually quite readily available. Pool was a bit far. Airconditioner keeps on resetting itself after midnight (kept on waking up a couple of times to lower the temperature again). Housecleaning time is inconsistent (one day it was in the morning, the next day was late in the afternoon). Toilet was situated in a corner (boxed in by two walls so it was quite narrow). terrible cellphone reception in the room. Mosquitoes are quite commonly seen. Walls are a bit thin. |

The location of this hotel was really nice; just beside the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. The Club Lounge was very pleasant. The toilet's door lacks a door in the Club lock which is very embracing for families with young kids. |

Don't get confused between Sunway Resort hotel (5 stars) and Sunway Pyramid (4 stars). they are adjacent, but check what you have paid for. elevators to upper rooms in Sunway Pyramid tower hotel is one level below the receiption, and you have to use the stairs one level down to reach the elevator that will take you up !! Unexpected problem. |

Theme park near the hotel, Mall near the hotel, good facilities and room service. They changed my room upon request to a Lagoon facing room. Entertaining. Buffet breakfast was very good On the bed back, oily hand marks were stamped and not cleaned properly. I think some cleaning personnel needs little training, but this is not serious drawback as the rest of the room was clean. |

is is so easy to reach the water park (2 min walkong) and additional to that the breakfast was so excellent. I thik the area deserve Max. 1 to 2 days to stay on. Games of Water park which near by the hotel are old games and need to be renewed or changed |

at least the restaurant food... it's old for the room...internet, should come as part of the package...this is not a budget hotel, where would expect to have the tools available, like iron...howeve this is centralized...dissapointed. |
