Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa  

The staff went out of their way to help, we had a mix up when checking in and the management dealt with the problem immediately and professionally. All in the entire hotel was very good and the staff very friendly, what a shame the same cannot be said for the water and amusement park staff who where rude and arrogant beyond belief. Sunway resort staff 10 out 10, park staff 0 out of 10.

I loved my stay this time coz this time I have completed 10 years of my marriage and I they upgraded my room and it was beautiful and wonderful and with in 10 years on my marriage i have been 10 times to Sunway however this time was really diffrent i loved it

Great place for family getaway at competitive and affordable budgets with exceedingly friendly and hospitable staff Loved the breakfast buffet , superb variety and quality Despite the peak season with full occupancy they treat all guests with a smile and Very patiently. Rooms are good and room service is exemplary Will definitely go back

Spa facility is overpriced

Friends recommend. It's comfortable, relaxing and important it direct excess to theme park.

As for the car park, ur management should arrange car park lots for those staying at hotel. Example few storey reserve for ppl staying at hotel. We got hard times finding lots took us few hours looking for one.

The hotel was amazing with professional and helpful staff and great facilities. Loved the swimming pool!

The varieties of foods to choose , the comfortable of the to friendly and smiling staffs., Thumbs up well done. Keep it up i'll be there on my next holidays.

The lifts.

I loved the facilities of the hotel, there's a water park, a theme park, and a huge shopping mall all in the same place which makes it perfect for a family with children. You don't need to go anywhere else, staying in the hotel is enough fun.

The room we booked (Premier Double or Twin Room) was extremely small and only good for sleeping at night. Also, the hotel couldn't provide us with a king size bed, we had to stay in a twin bed room.

It is very nice luxurious hotel, the room,reception,resturants and the surrouding entertainment places( sunway mall ,the sunway lagoon water park and the nice cafes and resturants ) make it an ideal hotel for those who are looking for a nice full of fun holiday.
