When my wife and I arrived there, we were really impressed by the hotel, it was really classy..in all levels.. The staff were really friendly and sweet, actually we stayed at a suite, and that made our staying much more comfortable, the suite was amazing .. I have put a note while booking, that it was my wife's birthday and kindly they sent us a cake to the suite .. it will be an unforgettable Birthday my wife said :)

The hotel is ok. Reciption and lift smell is really good. I did not like cosiege service and taxi counter. Donot forget any item in the hotel. It is expensive to claim it back

nice staff, polite behaviour, respect, all people are smiling, very nice smell at the lobby and the whole hotel, theme park view was amazing, suite design was wonderful even the bathroom was very nice, quick response from room service, I cannot find words to express our stay there, I wish to come back again

Staff were very helpful, especially Mr. Titi who was responsible for lounge cafe. The shopping mall next to the hotel offers good shopping experience. Also, the theme park was quite amusing.

All the staff were great and as I transferred from another hotel due to IT problems, the hotel IT people were very helpful and everything worked well. I tried three of the four dining areas and found all to be excellent. Sagar the Indian restaurant was great. The Mandara Spa was well worth it and I will be using this hotel in the future. I was staying in a Club room and I feel the room bathroom toilet should be improved.

A beautiful resort hotel & Spa. I was upgrade to a suite, but the bed was below par of a 4 star hotel and my toilet water was muddy for a period of time. The make up room light was not working. They too the bed linen for the kids and did not return it.

I wanted to express my appreciation for the superior service I received during my stay . From our arrival to our departure all staff did so much to welcome us and assure our comfort as guests. An easy and smooth check- in/out was wonderful and professional. We found the hotel staff and the accommodation first class and the reception desk staff were always most pleasant and only too willing to help and advise us, which made our stay all the more enjoyable.
