The room were great

Rooms newly renovated. Nice, clean with modern look

location far from main attractions of Penang.

Clean room Ample parking space

passenger lif : only 2 and quite small, however quite fast.

This is a very good hotel for business traveler or for shopping cos is so near to Carnival Mall Seberang Jaya and close to Penang. Excellent hotel for Business Traveller...

Hotel is still under renovation so cant really enjoy the lobby and restaurant. I hope to see the fully renovated hotel on my next visit.

I like the location, it is accessible to my targeted work destination.

Lobby is under renovation and did not expect that massive. Renovation area is not properly covered and managed. Lack of security. For such a room price and badly managed renovation, I would rather stay at Ixora.

(1) Nasi Lemak breakfast is good

(1)Room telephone line not working, and was actually asked to wait by check in counter if am waiting for calls. I actually thought I was living in some dormitory!! Finally changed room (2) Pillow was smelly with some sweaty men smell. (3) Middle of night discovered foreign coins under my blanket, middle of mattress

Convient and good location for my business trip

Less choice of breakfast menu and room service menu. Hotel rate is quite expensive compare to other nearby location and also almost on par with Island hotel cost.

daily requirement to have parking ticket authorised - why not issue a pass car park pass valid for duration of visit?

I'm staying at 1001, eventho room near to lift but there's no sound of lift.room decoration look fantastic.its like they just decorate this room.I'm happy to go back they in future.great stay.keep the good job guys!!! #love

air-cond when set to a lower temp, seems to fall back to 24deg, perhaps hotel trying to save electricity

The swimming pool under renovation. Family terribly disappointed

the bed is in good quality and comfortable. The sofa at the living hall is nice. The room design is nice. The bathroom is clean and good design.

Though I was charged on the original price not the price offerred by booking.com, may be due to some reason which I didn't find out, but the hotel staff gave me a newly renovated twin bed room. The room is clean, big, bright and comfortable, just like a small little home with wireless (depend on the room price) and line Internet. We like the breakfast. The hotel staffs are friendly and very helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Around it we can find Shopping Centres, coffee shops, food shops/restaurants, local banks, bus stop, friendly people, etc. Really convenient. FYI, the hotel is still renovating but it would cause you any problem. My grandma and i love the hotel and place so much and wishes to come back again.

The toilet choked once but could be fixed easily.

Walking distance to provision shop n shopping mall . Not swimming pools for kids one major factor . Less chinese makan food around . Taxi fare abit expensive

Generally ok except the price that the hotel charge us

The hotel charges are different fom what is stated in the booking. The amount the hotel charge us for the 2 night stay is rm500.00 Including the 10% service charge and 6% government tax Could you enlighten us. Thank You

location is good. Just besides the Sunway Shopping Mall. Also you get plenty of local restaurants around.

A bit far away from Airport & u have to cross the Penang bridge.

1) Easy Trip 2) A lots of parking reservation

Hotel consider 4star, but no swimming pool.

انصح الجميع بعدم السكن فيه نظرا لبعده عن جميع الاماكن السياحيه لان الفندق بجانب المدينه وليس الجزيره اقصد بعيد عن باتو فرنجي ولايوجد وسائل نقل غير الباص الحر

服务方面都很不错，房间和设施都很好

不满意booking。com在我做预定的时候并没有告诉我说酒店在装修，装修时间还在7早8早干扰我的睡- 眠
