clean, value for money service, and slight better than crap foods. All was good, except there was a big fence around the hotel which made it very inconvenient to get down to local shops or transports. Going out was like a prison break, we had to plan our trip, secure taxi who's willing to come in and get us back.....though clean and relatively cheap; on hindsight wouldn't had considered it had they let me know about the prison like isolation......too much trouble to get out! |

room is clean, good, and not small the lobby is not big. the condition between room and the lift is not so good. the lift is not so good (in the future i suggest to install some safety instalation in this lift). the access to the city center is not good |

The breakfast and the cleanliness of the room. The facilities that are mentioned in the hotel's ad were not actually applicable. Most of the facilities are under renovation. |

Value for money and good for 1night stay only. Location was bad. Map of hotel was very misleading. It is not near to City Square at all, or so i thought. Would be good if there is free wifi in the room instead of just the lobby area. Had requested for a non-smoking room but the room had a strong cigarette smell the moment we walked in. |

Comfort, value for money. the hotel is in downtown, but on the wrong side (the city is separated by a motorway) not very convenient for access to business centers without using a taxi. |

seem like nothing is satisfield dun like the bath room,the water too small and the shawer too high..inconvienience location.not international style,is malay style.more suitable for local malay market.maybe for those budget and young malay couple i think. |

地図で見るとイミグレーションに近い。歩いて１５分です。でもタクシーだと４ｋｍぐらい。近いけどすごく不- 便な場所にあります。 ホテルもスタッフも最高です。 |
