Clean toilets, swimming pool, suana, games facilities and its proxy to the sea. Breakfast was satisfactory, can be better with a wider spread (variety). Perhaps its proximity to town or shopping developments could put off some intending to patronise these. |

Facilities not as expected for the price of the room. Bathroom not feasible for children's usage. Overall facilities needs better maintenance. Beach/sea not good for swimming. |

We're 2 audlt with 2 children and we book a deluxe room, we expect the bed should be 2 double twin but the bed we stay is only 2 single bed. We book the room through internet and is mention double bed is 2 twin bed room instead of 2 single bed. |

It is safe and clean. There are nearby seafood restaurants and it is near Kuantan town. The porridge for breakfast buffet should be cooked with chicken shreds and ginger for better taste. Should include pepper to go with the porridge. |

The hotel is located in beatiful environment with clean beach. The hotel was crowded that means it is attractive for local and foreigners as well. The staff are freindly and helpful. I cannot say there was something which i did not like. However, i would like to say that i exoected more variety in food that was served. |

My children loves the pools and also the clean beach. We enjoyed the close proximity of loacl food outlets. The frontdesk staff are very accommodative and helpful too. The rooms are not soundproof. |

The beach... :) Hotel staff lack of "hospitality"... No smiles / no greetings... Not that they are impolite or discourteous, just that they attend you with no smiles... :( Another thing is the so-called "seaview deluxe room"... We were allocated the highest floor (4th) yet all we could see is the tip of the horizon as seaview's blocked by the many trees... The only consolation we had is that seaview deluxe room is newly refurbished and cozy compared to the other types of room (fyi, hotel is almost 10 years old. Hotel did some major refurbishment to the deluxe room else rooms still had the old furnishing and no carpetting) |

Visited local attractions, such as the sleeping buddha, relaxed took the Kuching river cruise, ate in local restaurants. At weekends, particularly Saturday evening, the hotel is very full. On Sunday morning the dining simply cannot cope with the number of people at breakfast |

I liked the nearness to the sea and a clean beach. The coffee making facility was useful. daily paper was also a good thought. 1. too many trees blocking view of the sea from restaurant and rooms spoiling a big fun.2. Towels in rooms need upgrading. |

Facility is quite nice with nice location, was spacious in reception area, halls and rooms and staff was friendly Staff is not professional and a lot of small details gave you the feeling that the hotel try to save maoney (coffe from machine not included in bufee, extremely small juisce glasses, juice watered out, towels very worn etc. Beach front area not really utilised well enough (bar closed, no dining, limited sun beds oppoprtunmities and view) |

The hotel is considerate enough to bring turtle hatchings to the hotel for guests to release to the sea instead of guests having to travel 25km away to the turtle sanctuary to do it. The hotel should have better coordinate the release of the turtle hatchings by asking the watersports staff to switch off their bright spotlight so that the turtle hatchings would not be confused. |
