Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 12 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται MYR 75,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

ήταν καλό για την τιμή του,οτι περιμένει κανείς απο ενα 4 αστέρων ξενοδοχείο. Το μόνο κακό είναι ότι είναι 15 λεπτά μακριά απο το κέντρο(με ταξί). Χτιζόταν ένα ξενοδοχείο καινούργιο δίπλα απο αυτό και το δωμάτιο είχε φασαρία. Όταν τους ζητήσαμε να μας αλλάξουν πτέρυγα γιατί μας ενοχλόυσε ο θόρυβος μας είπαν γιατι να γίνει αυτό,ο θόρυβος είναι απο κατασκευή!!! |

The manager in charge during the night was excellent, helpful, reliable, friendly, professional and even organized a strong coffee at 5 am when I left and picked up my luggage himself since no bellman was available. yes, the room is filthy, the bathroom is horrible, I would never choose it again. Also, when I arrived they could not find my booking with you and insisted that I booked a room later and for 6 nights, they wanted me to charge for the room and were rather agressive until above mentioned manager got involved and clarified it all. |

The front line staffers seemed well trained and left a very good impression on my family. The sales manager also called us beforehand to check on us and also offered an upgrade. He was then there to greet us on our arrival. |

I stayed in the Premier Deluxe room and I would give a thumbs up for the cosy environment the hotel amenities has given me and my family. However, I encountered a very rude staff who was impatient to us during check-in. Otherwise the rest of the staffs are okay especially 2 who helped me save my extension fee by booking online. The location was great, centralised and its within walking distances to several popular shopping malls. Not every staffs are well trained with good service skills. And I would prefer the room to be bigger. Shuttle service would be good if it caters to more shopping and non-shopping areas. |

The location is very accessable to major shopping malls, eg. The Berjaya Time Sq, Sungei Wang, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Petaling St., Masjid India & etcs. The dishes for breakfast could be improved-eg., more choices & different dishes for at least 3 days onwards. |

Love the breakfast buffet.... Yes, we had problem with the toilet flush...it didn't work properly. The room was meant for 2 persons but toiletries were meant for 1 person. They forgot to put the floor towel too. |

affordable for 4 star hotel too far to walk from shopping belt on bukit bintang. buffet breakfast - hotel staff were too slow in topping up dishes, kept running out and had to wait 10-15 mins,n keep reminding them. pool was too small for 4*. spa price was too high for 4* hotel. |

The staff at the reception when I checked out. The Internet charges are not accurate! I was billed several times when I didn't use the internet. And the cleaners always open and come in the room when I did not ask for room cleaning! |
