Swiss-Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur  

I liked the room very much, excellent.

Front desk staff not well trained. Had issues with the room key card many times. Although internet is free, speed is very slow during the evening hours and not stable. Housekeeping could do a better job, room cleanliness not up to the mark.

Location close to Arab Street and shopping sites

Only one toilet in family room with uneasy access, you have to intrude privacy of one room to reach the toilet.

Easiler accessible, very friendly and great breakfast.

Good range of services with buffet breakfast, pool and gym and location.

Staff efficiency at front desk could be improved. Also taxi services outside hotel had a notable discrepancy in price compared to metered taxis.

Good rest and great location. Friendly staff although very slow on the front desk.

Clean, comfortable, well equiped rooms. Convenient city centre location.

My agency reservation could not be found on arrival at reception. Some delay was experienced before a new reservation was created for our accommodation. The bufet breakfast selection was more limited than in other similar hotels.

Staff in a rush and not overly friendly , small swimming pool, very expensive customer facilities which are usually free in hotels of this standard (internet)

Location is great with easy acces to public transportation and touristic sites. Efficient staff. Clean rooms, free internet access. Good value for money.

The price - it was the best deal we could get for a family.

We stayed in a Family room - which consists of 2 rooms with 1 bathroom. Staff were unfriendly and seem to have an attitude of "oh well, I suppose, I have to tolerate the hotel quests!"

Good location.

Check in and check out were painfully slow. When arriving after a long haul flight with two young children speeding this process up would have been appreciated.

Thank you Ms Liza (front desk) For upgrading Our family room. Very cozy & come with a balcony!! We've had stayed all the Swiss sister hotels in Malaysia & it's always up to our expectation. A job well done by the management & staff!! We sure to come back again & this time we gona book Swiss-Garden Residence Kuala Lumpur!!

good location. easily accessible by monorail. rather quiet. good breakfast. swimmingpool small but convinient.

As I read on booking.com, and it's real, all the hotel staffs are nice and warm The breakfast is vary and delicious, so it can fulfill any appetite. Oh, the shuttle service is helpful :) Wanna be there again.. moreover if there's discount ;>

The tour desk isn't nice :( I dont think that she is also hotel staff.. She didnt tell us complete information. The receptionists are much more helpful :)
