We were there for one night on a stop over between Cambodia and Hong Kong, just enough time to see the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was situated in a good position to be able to get to all the landmarks, the breakfast was good and the room was modern, clean and comfortable. I'd certainly stay again. The only bar (on the ground floor) could have had a little more atmosphere but that is minor point. |

Value for money, good budget hotel with good facilities. Good location in heart of town with restaurants, shopping, Chinatown all within walking distance. Not near to a Metro, Monorail or LRT station. |

Room was clean and location was good We are a family of five so we had adjoining rooms but the third room (that was blocked off) was clearly designed as a third adjioning room so the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear every conservation that was happening next door and so were kept up all hours of the night. The restaurant was dressed up and priced to be something it wasnt. We had a pretty ordinary lunch for a rather expensive price. |

The location is very good if you are in KL for shopping and eating. The rooms are nicelly designed and the breakfast buffet is good. Good vaule over all for rates paid. |

The lobby looks ok, and room is not bad too. Location is quite convenient to central and shopping area though the surounding has nothing much The swimming pool is too small and crowded....Food from room service is normal. And as returned guest during 4 months, I did not receive any type of previllages or welcome.... |

The hotel sfaff was very cooperative. Has got an excellent location. The food & mini bar seems very expensive and makes. Food & Beverages prices are too expensive. The time of shuttle for china town were after 9pm which doesn't make it all that feasable. |

Parking convenience, easy access from North-South expressway, reasonable prices (F&B and room), convenient hub in commuting around city. Lighting in room not bright enough for reading. Toilet papers and tissue papers limited: about 1/5 of normal roll/box. |

Reasonably well located. Fair quality hotel for the price, but not brilliant. Have stayed here before in a family room (highly recommend) but due to double booking we were 'upgraded' to two joining deluxe rooms. This was anything but an upgrade as the quality and cleanliness was much worse for the same high price! |
