Swiss-Garden Hotel Kuala Lumpur  

This hotel is excellent ,near to the Bukit pintan area which suitable for shopping ,many resturant is there walking distance. Hotel it self has excellent services rooms are amazing well organized .I enjoyed my honeymoon stay in this hotel .only things I feel need more improvement is breakfast I feel dishes are limited they should add more food for the menu.

The front desk staff are very helpful and the room is very neat and clean. When we called the reception on missing things and how to connect to the Internet, the staff was good enough to call back to check if all services were attended to.

Insufficient towels and room sandals when we checked into the room. Housekeeping could do better to check before telling guests that the things are there in the room.

The decor was excellent...staff at the reception were very helpful...food was excellent..provided with much choice for everyone taste buds.

The fact that the hotel accepted that I check-in early in the morning instead of waiting until 14.00. I really appreciated that given that I was accompanied by my two kids aged 5 and 8 years old.

It is very close to Jalan Alor with excellent street hawker food and modern bars and restaurants around the corner from Jalan Alor. All major shopping centres such as klcc and Pavilion are just short taxi rides away. In short, close to all the attractions while without the pricy room rates.

The water from the basin runs very slow. But that's only minor.

Swiss hotel is in the centre of Kuala Lumpur close to all the shopping facilities and it is easy to visit them. It is not too far from the airport and the staff are very friendly,especially the restaurant staff. The food was excellent with a good choice of menu and the rooms were clean and spacious.

The swimming pool is very small,and it takes a long time to recieve food and drinks ordered at the pool (20-25 mins)
