Hospitality of hotel staff is quite good. Taxi waiting in front of hotel never use meter, but required fixed rate to go anywhere. It's not problem of hotel, but just for travellers information. |

That was good than I expected. It was a big and clean hotel. The location was good. But, It seems to me that it is a little far from the monorail station. It was a little hard to walk from the station to the hotel at noon. |

the location of the hotel is good, close to Bukit \Bintang shopping and eating area but the hotel itself is quiet, and you do not hear anything from adjacent rooms. Ok pool, good breakfast |

It is a well run 4 star hotel. I was charged 10% tax and 5% local fee on top of my bill when Booking.com quoted me a NETT price. |

Location - close to good shopping, restaurants, golden triangle, public transport. Some staff were extremely helpful, others hopeless. Very little genuine help for confused visitors new to the city. Tour desk and concierge help ill equipped with brochures and easy maps and not trained to "sell" the attractions that must be in the country and city. |

Amazing Breakfast. Clean room. Great value for money. Good location and that's important if you dont have a car because kl transport system is not that efficient. The tourism desk is quite useless as they dont know anything more about kl than the deplians they show. they seem to be printed Lonely Planet and that's it. |

The location was good, but the space of the room was too small, The pictures shown on the website was big. We stayed 8 nights. 1st day they gave us construction view,it was too small and the safe was not working,we ask to change the room,it was full that day as they said. The next day we change the room. It was not bad the size of the room.. In general our stay was good |

Great Location nearby lots of malls ! Requested a non smoking room but got a room with smoke smell. They masked it with a air cleaner. No other room available according to hotel. Rooms need a refurbishment. Breakfast was chaotic during the peak hour. Shuttle service was only a oneway drive (one service per day) and no pick up back. |

The location was good and the staff tried to be helpful The TV was smaller than what was stated in t website. Wasn't aware that the price stated did not include tax. The staff did not reply my Enquiry mail and I have to call KL to check with my confirmation. |

breakfast was good, friendly staff, close to great eating area. Good location for sightseeing in KL. View from room was good (Menara Tower) Lifts were very slow. Walls between rooms seemed quite thin and there was noise from next room. Most likely due to door to adjoining room. |

The location of the hotel was good. Near shopping area Bukit Bintang and Chinatown. Frienly staff and clean rooms. The neighboorhood is quite poor with lots of building activity. The swimmingpool is very small and located at the wrong side of the hotel. There is no sun. On these grounds the hotel is too expensive. |

location kinda ok. staff friendly especially crew reception really bad restaurant. poor meals. the buffet breakfast was a disappointment. most dishes were over by 9am and the dishes were not topped up. the price you pay is as much or more than some of the 5 star hotels in the same area so definately not value for money |
