I called reception and asked if I could make pre paid calls with an international pre paid phone card. I was told that I could and that it wouldn't cost me money to use your phone. I used 5 dollars credit on my card. When I checked out i was charged 190 ringet for the calls. I was late for my plane and had no time to argue. Unless you refund that amount I will never stay at or recommend your hotel

Staff were very helpful and service-oriented

I have stayed in the hotel twice and have been experiencing some bad experience both times. Matter was resolved immediately but would think it should not be happening at all. In-room Internet is very expensive

I like the fact that everything worked in the room. It was also spotless and well equiped

I found the bedside lamps too dim for comfortable reading in bed. No comp. newspapers. Check out time too early and could not be extended.

A bit close to the main shopping area (though not exactly there)

Family room was not exactly what I had thought. It would have been better to have the bath room/ toilet in between the two rooms for easy access to both the rooms instead of direct access to only one room.
