We were well rested because the beddings, especially the pillows, were the most comfortable among all the hotels we stayed and from our experience they were even better than those in 5-star hotels. The variety of the breakfast spread pales in comparison with those offered by other similar hotels and isn't so appetising. |

it is near the shopping area If you refer to my notes before I travel to KL which I wish to get what I paid for it. A. No welcome drink … as per my booking, I should get it B. Not same room which I saw in the attached picture & paid for it. C. Room 28 sqm… should be 38 sqm which I choose & paid extra for it D. room cleaning was very bad I usually stay in Tradors hotel. There is a huge deference. |

fast service no shaver, safe was locked by last guest, sick drains very slowly--stucked probably, beds too old and sagged--bad for the back and hard to get to sleep on them. |

requested an early checkin, because we arrived in the moring. when we arrived the room was not ready but it should be in an half an hour, still we had to wait for 2.5 hours. |

The premier deluxe room that my family of four (myself, wife 3 yr old and 19 mths kids) was staying was comfortable. Breakfast was fairly acceptable. Location wise, hotel was just on the outskirts of Jalan Bintang though I wish it was nearer as I had kids to carry - can be a burden even if it was only 5 mins walk. Value for money for the room I was staying. Convenience outlet just across the hotel. Swimming pool is small and miserable. |

We absolutely loved your hotel, the staff are unreal and we couldnt ask for more from a pleasant bunch of people. One comment I would like to make, we stayed in a family room, we loved the room but did have very noisy neighbors who woke us up. There was a door that opened onto a door in their room, it was locked but this did not keep the noise out, so it would be nice if it could be soundproofed a bit more. |

We loved the bathroom and the E-lounge facilities. The hotel is multicultural. Breakfast sufficient. No info how to use the elevator. |

The hotel is visually beautiful. A couple of the staff were very helpful. The shopping areas are within walking distance. The staff in the foyer were not attentive or friendly, would not organise metered taxi's or aid with directions, would not help with luggage on arrival or open the hotel or taxi doors. The foyer is disorderly and often very over crowded. The "cocktail bar" at the pool does not serve alcohol although it is displayed and advertised. The gym is not maintained. The room service menu is highly over priced. The safe and fridge in our room was not working, the fridge took 2 days to repair, the safe was not repaired at all. Breakfast during the weekdays appeared to be left overs from the dinner buffet. The pool was not user friendly, it was tiny, the depth was a consistant 1.8m so shorter ppl had to cling to the edge. The towels supplied with room service were not consistant, we would occassionally get face washers and hand towels. |
