The location is very accessable to major shopping malls, eg. The Berjaya Time Sq, Sungei Wang, Bukit Bintang Plaza, Petaling St., Masjid India & etcs.

The dishes for breakfast could be improved-eg., more choices & different dishes for at least 3 days onwards.

Professional staff, good facilities, eLounge, breakfast buffet.

My room faced a construction site and the traffic congestion gave me a bad impression to this hotel.

location close to china town ,bus stsaion, and easy to get to airport

Good location and helpful hotel staff.

The hotel is near enough to the desired strip of bitang and times square , however is a good distance away from the noise and traffic jams.

The room is so cosy.. Dimmed wit cool side light.. We enjoy it.. The bed is damn nice to sleep on...

Yes, we had problem with the toilet flush...it didn't work properly. The room was meant for 2 persons but toiletries were meant for 1 person. They forgot to put the floor towel too.

good location. walking distance to KL Tower, Petronas Twin Towers, Chinatown, Bintang Walk. Nice room, everything well done

too far to walk from shopping belt on bukit bintang. buffet breakfast - hotel staff were too slow in topping up dishes, kept running out and had to wait 10-15 mins,n keep reminding them. pool was too small for 4*. spa price was too high for 4* hotel.

The Internet charges are not accurate! I was billed several times when I didn't use the internet. And the cleaners always open and come in the room when I did not ask for room cleaning!

the staff minded their own business--not overly eager to please. it was a decent hotel, w/in walking distance from Bukit Bintang (and with a 24h convenient store across the street!). Cabs take rides nor pick up fares from the area w/c was quiet enough( I cannot imagine the noise from the streets at Jalan Bintang reaching the rooms!) but it was a good long (tiring for those not used to walking ~2-3 blocks)10-20 min walk from LRT stations. its good that the hotel offers various tours (I appreciate the shuttles to chinatown & bintang area) and that requests for packed breakfasts is honored. I didnt wake up on time the day i left and agonized over the additional minutes to waste waiting for the final billing, but it was accomplished speedily

on my first night, all sorts of bumping/humping sounds could be heard from the adjoining room. thankfully, they didnt attempt to view the other side from their door. however, on my last night, i wasnt able to sleep at all--a set of rowdy people booked in the adjoining room and could be heard even with regular conversation. much worse, they opened MY adjoining door! those knobs should have locks, no matter what. I also noticed that the help didnt seem to sweep the floor (bathroom) on my days of stay. i would have wanted to unwind or let off steam at the gym/pool but those facilities close at 8pm--which was sometimes the time my official agendum ended. Perhaps more TV channels should be offered
