The "tour" office was a big dissapointment due to the fact that we were tricked into ordering something that we did not want and then lied to regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident. |

The bathrooms in the new wing are very nice, though the room itself is rather small. I would definately recommend this hotel to friends, and be happy to stay here again. |

Good value for money. What you pay for is what you receive, with no frills or added facilities that bump up the price but you never use. The only down side of this Hotel is the interior configuration between Check in counter and the rooms. For backpackers and people travelling light this is not a problem but for any heavy suitcase carriers it is physically demanding. |

The hotel is very conveniently located in China Town. The fact the room didn't have a window - if I had realized would have upgraded. However, it was only for one night. Also some of your check-in staff need to be better trained. |

Facilities were decent, location is right at the heart of the bustling city center. breakfast is simple yet well done. Serene environment. 1) Room service was done regardless of any request placed on the door. 2) As usual there are small roaches found in room. 3) Hair dryer is a fixture and faulty ones cant be replaced. 4) Asked for bathtub and single queen sized bed a week prior to arrival via the booking system but there wasnt any confirmation email on the requests. |

Easy access to Petaling Street. Near to train station. Restaurant was good Luggage not easy to get to room by yourself. 5th floor.Reception could have been more helpful. Free maps not accessible. Prefer wi fi cheaper or like most hotels, now free. |

Location near Chinatown Dreadful smell of stale cigarette smoke which lasted the three days we were there. Not helped by no window in the room which also took some getting used to. |

Nothing The hotel is too OLD, you have to walk for long distance between room and breakfast place as well lobby, breakfast very poor. Also nothing been fixed in the room, hot water, towels not enough as small towels not provided. There are many hotels in KL much better than this and less classification than this hotel. |

Decent size room, worth every cents of it and the best part is the location... Right smack in Chinatown! Taxi fare arount myr10.00 To Petronas twin towers and walking distance to little India too, awesome location for those who want the hustle & Bustle of ChinaTown. We got the family room where the window is facing the main road. You kinder get to hear the car horn and the noise right down below!! It would be better if "double" window can be fix to minimised the outside sound... Otherwise it is a Great place to stay for a night or 2... |

Free late checkout! Decent location for the budget traveler. Staff at check-in was rather abrupt and unaccommodating, complicated hotel layout (2 elevators to room), internet is expensive and no wifi, no local phone without deposit, room very small, room smelled damp and moldy. |
