Located in the heart of the city. Close to all attractions and shopping centers. Spacious rooms. Leakages of the taps in the bathroom as to be fixed. Air conditioners are old makes a lot of noise and a/c temperature control is not working. Breakfast is routine not much choice.

I liked that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kuwan (the concierge on night shift) helped us find a room at a nearby hotel during our first night in KL when my booking in Swiss Inn KL for the first night got canceled (because my credit card couldn't be verified). Despite the hassle, he went out of his way to help us on our first night and even had one of the security guys accompany us to the other hotel. Kuwan also reassured me that we could stay in Swiss KL starting the next day until the day of our departure. I didn't like that the shower area was not properly separated from the rest of the bathroom, so water from the shower would constantly flood the area outside of the shower.

Good location, in the middle of Chinatown and not too far from metro stations. Early check-in (they let us check in at 7 A.M.) and free luggage storage after check-out. Free wi-fi in the rooms. Quite a nice restaurant and breakfast. Rooms could have been cleaner, no window in the room. A bit old-looking. Would not recommend it for a long stay in Kuala Lumpur, but ok for a couple of nights.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff, not that the hotel it's self wasn't lovely...it was! The receptionist Nora was fantastic, we got to the hotel at around 4.30am as our night bus from Singapore arrived early. We thought we were in for a very lengthy wait to get checked in but Nora got us in our room 9 hours early!! So instead of lying about in reception we got our heads down..result!!! Breakfast was really nice, just needed to get down there early so there's plenty of grub left! We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely stay again!! Tom & Katie...England

I was extremely surprised and delighted with the hotel I used as a wind down and transition to home (Perth) from travelling in India. The reception girl was extremely accommodating and pleasent. The room was very comfortable. Located in China Town, there were many restaurants and food establishments within five minutes at most. Considering I selected the hotel on the internet, I had assumed it was budget for the price I was paying, I was very pleased and happy with the location and price. Not often can I give such a reccomendation. I will stay there next time I go. Thankyou.

Next to Pudu Sentrial Bus station, in the heart of Chine Town. Price is cheap and clean. It is better than his opposite 5-Element Hotel which is slightly more expensive. My room was without water heater. The Hotel should inform their customer before they check in, although they change me to a smaller room with the water heater (but without table and poor phone signer) the next day. One down point is that the Hotel do not provide or helping in Car Packing. So if you are travel with car, this is not the hotel for you.

Swiss Inn KL is value for money. The service is excellent, staff are friendly and courteous. The food at the Cafe Petaling of Swiss Inn is very good. Since the hotel is situated in Petaling Street Chinatown, shopping at bargain prices is a few steps away. I would recommend this hotel to all travellers to KL and also hope to stay there again next year.

Everything went well at 1st but then we realized that there was no fridge in our room. Also, we were only given 2 towels for our Family Room. On the last day of our 3-day stay, the worst thing happened. As my wife was giving my 3 year old son a bath when the water stopped running. He was still covered with soap when it happened. She had to use bottled water to clear him of the soap. We called the receptionist to inform her of the problem and she said to wait for the maintenance crew to arrive. As we waited, I left the tap on and a few minutes later muddy water started pouring out of the tap. From no water at all to muddy and smelly water. We called the receptionist again but she gave the same response. the maintenance crew didn't arrive for more than 1/2 half an hour. Feeling frustrated, we checked out way earlier than we were supposed to. We had no choice but to check out without using the bathroom. We had to go to the nearest mall to relieve ourselves before getting on our bus ride home.

The location is great in the centre of China Town The newly refurbished rooms have been reserved for smokers which is ridiculous as this leaves the old shabby ones for the rest of us!!!

Excellent location. Plenty of choice for food lovers with affordable price. The Indian staff at the reception provides really good and commendable service but not the young Chinese staff who does not seem to the rule, that is to provide receipts without being asked.
