The location was good. Taxi stand in front of the hotel and the bus stop too. If you do not mind using the public transport, buses and train services are available , close by. Shopping for some items can be done at the petaling street market. You can bargain and buy, prices are not fixed. Restaurants and cafe are there so you can choose where to eat. Visit to the Central Market was very nice. Could buy souvenirs for friends. Could taste different types of food. Staff - most of them were very polite and nice. Room that we got was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was clean too. Tea/ coffee making facilities were there, so could enjoy bed tea. 500Ml water bottle per person was a nice thing to be found in the room. Housekeeping was done nicely. So we are happy about our stay as a family with older children. Sometimes the street noises were disturbing our sleep. Outside the hotel the street was not very clean due to temporary food stalls. Taxi drivers outside were charging too much from tourists as they know little about the area. - and the distances. Although we were told that our breakfast could be packed for us as we were checking out early, and the breakfast tickets were taken the previous night, it was not given to us as we were leaving.

The hotel was very conveniently located in Chinatown. It's only a 5 minute walk from a monorail station and every night there are loads of food stalls right at your doorstep. The hop-on hop-off bus also stops right outside the entrance of the hotel. Air-conditioner was a god-send. The pictures deceive you into thinking that the rooms are bigger than they actually are. The rooms without windows smell a little moldy. Breakfast buffet was adequate, but could have done with a little variety from day to day.

The food is as usual great, staff friendly. The room at level two are very2 poor. And very small. First day our room went short circuit, we have to call the technician to come up to our room.. And the distance to he cafeteria was far. Last year we had a great stay due to the room was big.. We did not enjoy our stay this year.. We hope our next stay we will get the room that is near to the cafetaria as we stayed there before. thnks

Good location. And good wifi ( free ) No room service. No window. Very noisy due to renovation. At the reduced rate they offered around 117rm + service charge + tax, that is the maximum anyone should be paying for a room like what I had. Hated that everything is quoted xxRM + service charge 10% + 7% tax.

Room and facilities excellent in an excellent location in the heart of chinatown. Friendly, helpful staff on front counter of hotel to help with luggage, transport etc. The evening service in the restaurant let the experience down due to overpriced food and slow service.

Great location and walking distance to The great metro system clean comfortable rooms and good check in staff open 24 hours. Rooms quite small but fine for a couple of nights. A greeting and smile at breakfast would have been nice - no staff around!

The location is good, in the middle of China town. Good breakfast. We booked a deluxe room, but upon check-in we were shown a tiny room (without window). When we insisted this wasn't what we paid for, we got a nice big room, but with the warning they were renovating so could be noisy. Didn't hear a thing. Nice and comfortable, but woke up in the morning covered in bites....bedbugs??? When we told the reception after paying the bill, no reaction (thank you or sorry would have been nice)

It was easy to locate, near to the famous Chinatown. However, for that amount of money, it's consider very value for money! Breakfast not bad, quite nice. The staff also very approachable. 1) no parking available thus, had to park at e opp car park which is just 5 min away! 2) room too small, if more than 3 ppl staying including kids. I had 2 kids wif me and was quite a problem during my 3 night stay. 3) too troublesome when going to rooms. Had to take lift to 2nd flr and changed to another lift before going to our rooms. 4) water flow too weak. For ppl like me and my wife who likes to have a heavy flow of water when shower, the one in our room is very weak! Informed by the staff, all rooms is e same!

Its location in the middle of Chinatown of Kuala Lumpur. Extremely helpfull and friendly staff of the hotel: from receptionists till chambermaids, from security till waiters in restaurant. Difference between old and new, renovated rooms. The last ones were luxurious but significant smaller.

The hotel is in the middle of ChinaTown which is perfect, because that's the place where it's most colourful all day round. The rooms aren't too big, but are pretty comfortable with tv, coffee etc. AC is good. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast in restaurant good with wide variety. Location great. Furniture in room a bit old but doesn't hurt the eye. Concerning a fair price thrown in - it's a decent hotel to stay in a few days while touring KL. Good value for money. Staff helpfull and pleasant. My wife and I stayed in Quality Hotel 3 months ago (which was more expensive and boasts 4 stars) however that hotel is dreadful, dispecable and disgusting. So here at the Swiss Inn we were super surprised and overwhelmed by the gigh standard at cheaper rate. A good choice.

I was pleasant surprised by the friendship, willing to help and kindness of staff. They we perfect. Totally hotel is clear and nice. Location is perfect - it's easy to get to the LRT and monorail. and many places of interest were in walking accessibility. When we arrived, we were given a room with 2 beds instead of booked room with 1 bed king size.
