Proximity to the markets The room is very small and badly in need of renovation. The bathroom is exceptionally small and I needed to stand in the shower to open the door to get out. It is also quite difficult to find your way around the hotel because it is like a rabbit warren. |

It's near the city and lots of shopping centers around the hotel staff weren't kindly,the hotel is located in a doggy area,remote controler wasn't working.the two lift most of the time busy.the room had no window!what's more the bathroom door wasn't designed properly. |

Everything, including size of room, cleanliness, bathroom amenities.It is dangerous not to have rubber mats in the shower stall.Towels threadbare and torn. Sheets had holes in them. No hand towels provided. Staff not very friendly. |

The staffs were friendly and very helpful, and the location is very good. Right in the middle of chinatown Some rooms had no windows |

The Hotel was very convenient to the Chinatown markets. And the bar had nice fruit smoothies. The rooms are very small. I had a deluxe room. Which worked out to be space for a double bed only. Deluxe must mean flat screen tv, and modern looking showerhead. There were rennovations going on which made the reception area a bit like a bomb shelter but did not greatly detract from the experience. |

The hotel has very good location in the centre of the Kuala Lumpur and near underground station Pasar Seni. You can use Aeroexpress from International airport to Central Train station, it is very convenient. The standart room of the hotel is small, it is not comfortable. The hotel staff are kindly and friendly. |
