Quaint and dated oasis in the midddle of a busy city. Very reasonable rates compared to other hotels in the vicinity. A bit difficult to access due to the location of the hotel. |

The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful ( especially receptionist Paul ) The hotel and rooms were a little tired and old. TV had no remote. Need to be refurbished. The smoking section at front should be closed off to the reception. |

slightly isolated from the main road. Upgrade the cleanliness, since smell of tobaco remain in the room and certain part ex. Lamp cover found dusty. |

The place is quiet and easy to get around to other places Lack of facilities in the bedroom to make a cup of coffee or tea. TV was very old and reception was not very good. Telephone was not working |
