I like the room n the bed.very comfortable.

I don't like the aircond (very old aircond).Last night I stayed there, the aircond leaked.huhu. The toilet looked very old n not very clean. The dirty linen they put outside the door. I suggest this hotel should do minor renovation to improve the overall look so that they can attract more customer.

The room is affordable for a family and clean too. The room is air-conditioned and there is hot water for shower. The hotel is so close to town. Despite the affordable room rate, there is quite a comfortable lobby for visitors or guests.

There was no jug kettle to boil water in the room. Ironing could only be done in a common room. Beds were not made throughout the 3D2N stay. Toiletries were not replenished. Towels were not replaced every day. The front desk staff should be more friendly and warm.

The staff friendly and wifi avaiable. (unfortunately only at the lobby)

The room is without exahoust fan and smell bad. The toilet ceiling is dirty

1. Have to walk the stairs to get hot drinking water. 2. It's good if the hotel can provide electrical kettle in the room.

Quadruple room fit my family. It's location near the jetty and shopping centre suitable for those who like that activity.

The facikities is not in good condition, water pressure and heater are not functioning

Boiler/water heater, mug/glass and complimetary mineral water is not provided in the room. the towel is smelly and the pillow is old.

The location was good...right in the middle of the town. Accessibility to shopping, food and tourist centre.

The hotel is poorly maintained. The room that I was staying was musty and run down. Towels were old and bathroom ceiling was stained with mold. Not anywhere close to the pictures published in the website.

The hotel is ok although one could get a better one for the same price. Rooms r very spacious with windows. Hot water running smoothly. But cleaniness is questionable.

No credit card is accepted. U cannot prepare coffee or tea unless u get hot water from the reception. Very strange.

Freindly , Close area and easy to find but bad for internet user only at lobby can join that ,, better open for use in the room or hold in area hotel lika as McD or old town so good!

hotel berdekatan dengan pusat bandar,kedai -kedai dan masjid. lokasi di tepi jalan utama pekan kuah.menyediakan parking lot yang luas dan selesa.bilik hotel agak luas dan besar untuk keluarga.berbaloi dengan bayaran sewa hotel.akan menginap lagi jika ke langkawi.

hotel tidak mempunyai lif, susah membawa barang dan beg yang besar jika menaiki tangga.

pekerja yang peramah, 2 tilam queen sesuai untuk anak-anak tidur, berdekatan dengan pekan kuah untuk membeli belah.

bangunan lama, tekanan air tidak kuat, masak air panas dan iron baju di bilik lain.

房间责备肮脏，厕所肮脏。

Right in the middle of Kuah. Very near to shopping areas, jetty and eateries.

Need to upgrade room facilities. Poor plumbing in the toilets. Could not even hang towels in there..

5 katil yang selesa untuk 5 orang dicaj RM95 satu malam dikira berbaloi untuk kos penginapan. Boss kepada Hotel sedia memberi kerjasama sekiranya ada masalah.

Kakitangan Pekerja Shift Siang Hari tidak Mesra. Mula mula masuk lampur depan bilik air dan gambar television tidak ada. Telah beritahu pekerja shift siang supaya betulkan dan dijawab lampu depan memang sengaja tidak nyala. Balik dari makan malam lampu tidak bertukar dan TV juga tidak diperbaiki. Beritahu kepada Pekerja Shift Malam, lampu depan ditukar sertamerta dan TV tidak dapat ditukar sebab masalah Teknikal, katanya Supervisor yg mempunyai access bilik kosong untuk penukaran TV sakit? Entah betul atau tidak sebab dah pukul 11.00 malam lebih. Kakitangan Shift Malam Mesra dan sedia membantu.
