Great friendly staff, excellent service, beautiful location, no complains

I'd appreciate a larger selection of tv channels for kids

Some staff are well trained and know how to deal with guests and some requires more training... In-room dining was bad experience, never got what we asked for; always something missing

Hotel, the looks, the pool and its staff are all exceptionally good.

The place is too remote for those who want to experience the local color and culture. And another tip to the hotel management: skip the noicy band in the late evening. There are more band members than bar guests, which I believe does not justify for the disturbing noice.

Everything from staff to facilities was first class. Amazing pool.

Some of the badly behaved children! Despite having had 3 of my own, I certainly wouldn't have allowed them to disrupt comfort of others. Also whilst lovely white sand beach the sea wasn't very inviting. (Not a fault of the hotel).

attention to small details, the bedroom should have a high lamp, limited tv channels, the lighting is old and out dated, no master control unit for lighting. and there was a water dripping sound in the room coming from the ceiling during the whole stay. breakfast was abit poor but staff very accomodating.

Fabulous service, great pool-massive! The rooms were beautiful and big.

Had a massage which was nice but felt a bit short changed for an hour's massage, we spent 20 minutes filling out a form and soaking our feet.

the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the rooms were very spacious and clean. the hotel does little things that make you feel extra special - like a welcome massage on your arrival, giving out snacks and water every couple of hours if you are relaxing at their pool. i enjoyed my stay there

The service was exceptional. The minute we arrived we were served miniature cocktails and treated to a short shoulder massage! It was consistently good and the staff seemed genuine.

We loved everything about this Hotel and it was an amazing experience to stay there. The staff were so friendly and always had a smile for all their guests. The infinity pool is the largest on the Island and so close to the a lovely beach, we can't wait to go back and get the uniquely special treatment.

No pork products offered for non-Muslim guests, hotel staff was extremely attentive almost to a fault (very little regard for guests wanting peace and quiet/alone time to enjoy the resort).
