The location is near to my company training place. Near to shopping place also easy to find nice and cheap foods.

The hotel room is not really clean. The shower head is broken. Only one power wall socket. Don't have remote control for the aircond. Wifi only available at the reception area. conclusion I wont suggest this hotel to my family or frens in the future.

During check in, we were not greeted and instead the lady was with her phone. We requested for connecting room as we reserved 2 rooms but instead we got a room that were facing back to back. When we got into the room, the room smelt like it was not being cleaned up properly. Blanket that was burnt. Breakfast was the worst among all. It took the server 30mins to prepare the food and it turns out to be cold breakfast except for the coffees.

booking and pay for an executive room but they give me a deluxe room...the staff (front desk) give us a very poor services,can't they give us a smile... a sincere one....the breakfast got no choices,but the kitchen workers quite friendly and smile

We like the interior, the staff, the lobby and the location. The parking areas are also in abundance. We will come back again. The total satisfaction far exceeded what we had experienced at Seafront Hotel.

I dont like the free breakfast. We had nasi lemak. It consist of rice, a pieced of cucumber, a fried egg and something that look like sambal. The portioning was alright but the taste was horrific, bland and tasteless. Even though it is a budget hotel, however, the food must reflect something that is truly malaysian!!!

executive room not have Table and how to do things,When I asked the staff when they say the only VIP ROOM got! TV seems to be bad will issue a scary sound. Asked the counter there hair dryer, but they said no! but booking letter say "ask when u need!"

It's clean. It is located near a superstore 'Giant'. Not near the beach, 3 km from the town center.

满意是员工的态度好，不然我一定跟他们理论，为什么我订的房跟来到现场不一样，价钱就照收。那间房根本不值- 。

我订的房和去chek in的房不一样的，我很生气，第一次遇到这样的事。

Tingkatkan lagi mutu perhidmatan pelangan cara berkomenikasi semasa menyambut tetamu/pelangan yang datang, kerosakan pada kerusi solek pintu bilik mandi kunci tiada/rosak tempat penyidai tawel didalam bilik mandi dan penghawa dingin yang kurang memuaskan room 4284

Jedynie wystrój poczekalni - mógł się podobać.

Hotel wybraliśmy z uwagi na bliskie położenie od terminalu ltcc I nocny przylot do Kuala Lumpur. Jednak wybór tego Hotelu wiązał się z oddaleniem od centrum miasta (ok 65 km). Dla osób mających czas nie zwiedzanie miasta jest to opcja nie korzystna. Jakość oferowana jest adekwatna do ceny. Pokoje bez okien, odrapane ściany, nie domyte prysznice I umywalki. Na plus należy zapisać działającą klimatyzację I dobrą strefę wifi za free. śNiadanie - dwa tosty I jajko :) plus herbata :)
