It is conveniently located. Easy access to Penang Bridge, city centre, shopping mall and hypermarket. Above all the room rate is quite attractive. The toilet....the toilet for the room that I was staying quite smelly. The reason being the extractor is not working. Need to pay attention to the maintenance.... |

Very poor cleanliness, sofa in the room did not clean for quite some time, aircon leaking, wall with leaking mark, is not value for money at all and it should classify as a budget or backpacker's hotel, the hotel looks very nice in the website but in actual fact it is the opposite |

The hotel was in a fairly shabby condition,the room was not clean,discarded cigarette butts found on floor ,door handles falling off shower was very dirty,and self catering facilities were extremely poor consisting of 4 well used and not clean pastic cups .There was also an all night party on in next room which did not help |

It was very good value for money. I had not expected a spacious suite of rooms, let alone free access to the hotel pool and gym! There was no wifi access, even in the lobby, which was a shame. The hotel is also away from the main tourist areas in Penang, which can only be reached by taxi, which can be very expensive, especially with hotel taxis. The breakfast buffet, at RM16 per day, is also overpriced, having a poor selection of dishes. |

The Hotel offers spacious rooms (good for families with children) and has a nice swimming pool. It´s in a business district far from the center of Georgetown, but close to a big Shopping Mall. In the direct neighbourhood are a number of restaurants and a convenience store. On the other side of a huge roundabound are many restaurants and shops. The usage of buses is easily possible and recommended. From a tourist perspective actually the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, but a reasonable place for trips to various places of the island (by bus or rental car). |

Hotel does not live up to internet promises. Conceirge gets kickback from taxi drivers for ordering taxi. Internet not fre when asked to buy cable. Front desk cannot explain charges clearly. |

The rooms were huge, really, I've lived in smaller places. Overall it was a very comfortable place to stay. The lobby could be air conditioned, but on the flip side, the room had 4 air conditions in it. You could freeze water in that place if you wanted to. Although there are a number of good restaurants just outside the place, it is not in a "central" location for tourists. |

They didn't not supply tissue paper, every time need go to bathroom to take toliet paper, buffet breakfast no many things to choose. Apartment door not easy to open, need to pratice many times. |
