The pool is big enough for my kids to swim around when the resort is even fully book. Thank you very much for the front counter staff for being so helpful to change my room from all the end to near the lobby and pool because of my mother inlaw is too old to walk. The beach is clean. Room need refurbishment. Pool need cleaning more often. Wc is very bad condition could not flash after using. |

The location, by the beach was great. The swimming pools are impressive and pleasant to relax beside I found the lobby a little unimpressive - a bit overcrowded. |

The beach and swimming pool The kettle in my room was half-full when i checked in. Found a needle on top of the bedside chest of drawers. Pillows stank to high heavens!Breakfast was unexpectedly poor and lousy. |

Setting of the hotel and the beach. Rooms are ok and value for money. The service level and the professnaslism of the staff is well below expecatation. The staff should be very friendly and should be engage the customers during stay to find out about their stay, quality of food and service. I.e there were the exceatives having moring breakfast next to our table and they even did not care to smile at anyone. |

I like the place especially the ambience. The beach is awesome. Suitable for family vacation and other purposes. The pools are big and well maintain and for sure the kids will love it. Its sunny, windy most of the time. I have been there twice and will return to spend my next holiday. I hope the hotel staff especially the receptionists put more smiles on their face. Be more helpful to assist the guests. |
