swimming pool not clean, room didnt match as four star, sauna room really very room and only occupy 3 person, spa water cant match the celcius (didnt hot), room didnt clean as well, lobby very small as compare with others four star grade. conculsion is value for money not match |

The friendliness of the personnels The room that we stayed in was stuffy and my wife developed her allergy reaction once we entered. The toilet was not clean with mosquito larvae in the toilet bowl and it smells. My intention to boil water was also stunted by the findings that there are colonies of maggot and larvae of insect inside the kettle. |

Hotel lacks integrity in the given internet rates. Facilities aged and poorly maintained viz broken tiles at pool, walkways, defective toilet seats & dirty walls in room. Got bitten badly by sandflies at the hotel beach. |

The pool. It was big enough. My son enjoyed it very much. Generally, my stay did not one bit commensurate with the money spent. Firslty, the room (or rather the whole hotel) was rather shoddy and furniture was old, making the place not cosy at all. It certainly need to be refurbished. Next, the hotel staff though not rude but they were not professional or courteous either taking into account it is a four-star rated. Besides, the food was ok only |

Das Personal ist freundlich, die Poolanlagen grosszuegig und gepflegt, der Strand( zwar nicht gepflegt) menschenleer und fuer uns aus Kuala Lumpur easy zu erreichen: Im Legend hat man Ruhe und kann wirklich ausspannen! Vieles! Das war mein 3. Aufenthalt dort und so schlecht habe ich noch nie gewohnt!(Rost und Schimmel im Bad, muffelige Erdgeschosszimmer, unrenoviert), Pooltucher abgenutzt, es kommt immer mehr herunter(habe mich aber auch im Hotel schon beschwert): Weiterempfehlung wird schwierig, wenn nicht renoviert wird, aber wenn man weiss, was einen erwartet, ist es ein guter Ort zum Entspannen |

La plage !!!! Le pool bar est fermé, le beach restaurant est fermé, le sport center n'a plus aucun équipement en état de marche. Larcins dans les chambres, lunettes de natation, peluche d'un enfant qui à été "retrouvée" après réclamations et appel à la tourist police. Ont essayé de me facturer des nuits supplémentaires pour cause de séjour raccourci. Lézard et souris dans les chambres. Rating 4* totalement éro |
