the room was so gorgeous, but not as big as i thought. the open air bathroom, and the bathtub was so nice. very comfortable. breakfast, just too little choice..And the beach, not as nice as i thought.. |

Convenient and secure. Simplicity and comfort. Quick processing. Good attempt to have a wide range of activities. Buffet brakfast was good. Overcrowded swimming pool. Balcony which can be improved. Lack of a wide range of TV channels. No direct access to beach. |

Easy check in & out only 1- no bell man helping me to carry my bags to my room , 2-I go to breakfast in time and I found everything almost finished eggs, cheese , bread ,etc. Iasked the persons in breakfast room why? no response I do not recommend this bad hotel |

The room was comfortable for a weekend stay. We stayed in one of the Water Chalets (Atlantic, upper floor). The water pressure from the bathroom rain shower faucet was weak. |

Luxurious kelongs. Fear factor. Pirates. Rising water lapping nosily 4-6am. Open sea. Beautiful sunset. Adventure. Clean but frayed towel. Expensive. Security lax. Breakfast not good. |

the room interior design is fantastic. i was impressed by the umbrella provided in the room, it shows caring. buffet dinner should serve BBQ seafood. during festival (such as merdeka), should have count down event. but legend never organize it. |

Very little road sign about the hotel, if have information also not accurate. Hotel have very little facilitates and activities. Nothing much to do at night only fishing. Can consider to include more water activities like diving trip, out sea fishing and etc. |

The bath room is great. The view also wonderful. Staff is polite and helpful. The air-con unit installed in the balcony is a big mistake. it is so hot, and unable to use the balcony. |

It was very quiet and peaceful, good sleeping spot The hotel is certainly a leader, however, only one thing annoyed, the shower cubicle had no hot water connected, four requests to fix it went nowhere, it was still inoperable when we left. Any other requests were always responded to with speed. |
