my room got upgraded. It's clean and spacious. The lady staff at the reception counter was very friendly and helpful. So was the lady at the checkout counter. I noticed some foreign staff were friendlier than the local ones.

The concierge counter staff were not helpful. I had to ask for their help when arrived at the lobby. By right, the staff should offer assistance to guests. I have noticed that majority of the staffs on the floor are foreigners. I felt like I was not in KL but in some other foreign cities. The mall next to the hotel would be closed until next year. This has created inconvenience to guests like me. The management should not expect their guests to dining at the hotel day in day out. I would like to suggest to the management to invite other F&B operators to open stalls on it's premise. On the security issue, I realized that on the last day of my stay at the hotel, guests were not required to use security cards to enter the hotel. The reason for that the hotel were fully booked. This was not a good move because security of guests were compromise. In a nutshell, I do not wish to stay at the hotel until the mall is operational as usual and the management seriously consider the issues that I have raised.

The staffs very kind, friendly, helpful and profesional. They give me goood room with view twin tower and pool view.

They said that no train to LCCT and they over the taxi for us. TĥäńK ÿoΰ  to God because we decide to use KLIA transit with cheaper than taxi and also faster because it's include to the bus from salam tinggi to LCCT.

Beginning of the first step in that room was not supposed to get a room (Crest Room) are so beautiful at affordable prices. Makes me so excited, and if you can post this if I had a chance to this hotel again, I want a room like that.

Being upgraded to an executive suite for no extra cost. Room facilities excellent.

Waiters in the restaurant hovering about one's table, and wanting to do too much for you. Location in a "dead" part of KL.

Hotel Location was good, clean and staff was friendly. Very close to the lrt (train) which you can travel to klcc and Bukit Bintang quickly and cheaply. Food was good and breakfast buffet had a good spread.

The hotel started from the 9th floor of the building, and the sopping arcade below was closed down for renovations. Hotel looks a little old and need some renovation also. Price was a little high, as the convenience of the shopping mall was not there.

The location is great. The rooms are amazing, they are huge and really comfortable. The pool is nice and the restaurants inside have a reasonable price.

That the mall next door was virtually closed down. Not the hotel's fault - but it was not made clear that renovations were taking place.

I was a bit cautious when I booked the hotel, it was pretty cheap and I expected some surprise, but it was awesome. Room was large, great view, perfect staff, excellent food with affordable room service, location is also good and taxi is pretty cheap ... I will definitely come back and stay lomger, it was beyond my expectations.

This hotel is a grand old dame trying to hang on to it's former glory. An incredibly posh lobby, marble floors, lots of staff ... we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which gave so much space - we didn't use half of it! We had a 50% off for dinner which made the buffet very economical. Bfast was included too and had a good variety of foods available. The staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel is getting old and is an out of the way part of town. It is only a train ride in but wasn't what we expected. They advertise that they are on top of a shopping mall but this is closed for renvoations. The area where the hotel is is not one which you would wander around... Our room was on a non-smoking floor but smelt dreadfully of smoke anyway. The hotal is up on the 9th floor of a building so there was a lot of lift travel. We had to elave early in the morning. I called the bell hop as we left for breakfast but the bags didn't make it down to the taxi for at least 40 minutes - causing a bit of stress on leaving.

The location of this hotel is far from the famous shopping or tourist visiting areas, but it’s just few minutes’ walk from the pwtc lrt station and also Putra ktm station. So you can easily move to everywhere in kl. If you are interested to the Malaysian market, you can also walk to the Chow Kit market. This hotel is next to the Sunway Putra Mall but this Mall is just closed for some regeneration until end of year 2014. This was disappointment to us. The hotel is not new and old style but is well organized. We had trouble of the drainage water at the wash-basin but the maintenance staff came soon after the call. The room is large and has quite much space. Breakfast is not special but has variety of kind foods so is able to meet many kinds of tastes.
