I like the luxery Very bad when pay. Have to live kreditcard when come and go. Not good. I dont know, maybee me pay 2 times. Check that later. Very bad system for custermer. |

Price was definately very good and location was great. these are the only positives from my experience 2 sets of lifts, takes ages to get in the room or out on the street. Hotel should really be 4 star as it is fairly old. The room and equipment are all very old. Staff are welcoming moderately at the best and the pool and spa and gym are also very old and not nice to use. |

This hotel is fabulous, we loved it, we upgraded to an executive de luxe and were upgraded by the receptionist too. Lovely balcony with fab view, I wanted to stay.breakfast was an experience but very nice. Staff were all wonderful, would stay again without hesitation. Everything was superb! |

My stay was excellent. The staff were particularly friendly and went out of their way to help me and the room I had was extremely comfortable. All in all, this was one of the best international hotel experiences I have had - and I have stayed at many hotels! I would have no hesitation in returning either on business or with my family. |

Internet free and very very good-unlike reviews 1.5 hour check in refused to acknowledge booking as only on computer screen not printed(can you believe it?) made me go and get printed. Sorry new country dont carry printer. Towels not changed. one day water next not. Music from coridor stopped sleep(they turned off day two) they knew my door bad but still put me in .room. air condition rattled. Minibar empty. Room service snail paced. |

We were upgraded to a legend crest room which was huge and had a fantastic view of the KL skyline. The buffet restaurant could have been better organised, although the food was good it was annoying having to hunt to find your own table, would be good if you were seated by the host. |

Nice pool area with view of the city skyline including Petronas Towers. The spa was great after a big day of shopping. It was convienient for catching taxis to other areas of the city. I found the staff to be helpful. We had a room upgraded which was a beautiful room. There were lots of choices for breakfast. The cleaning of the rooms were thorough though so times quite late in the afternoon. Having internet access in the rooms was a bonus. The noise of the training passing all through the night. The location had plenty of fast food places nearby but not many other restaurants. |

Good business hotel close to the World trade centre for conferences. Rooms a good size and confortable. Convenient for the metro. Not enough lifts when things get busy. |

The attitude of the staff was really friendly and professional. The food in the bufee was quite different and tasteful. The location is not close to the central part, but as a whole is not too bad. |

When you walk in from the hotel lobby to your room you got a feeling of doing the right thing by booking this "luxury" hotel, but the moment you step indie the room you hit the moment of truth: 1- room furniture are very old. 2- bed matters old and not comfort. 3- ac not cold (at 3 am I remove the cover a took off all my clothes" 4- no reading lights on the night stand. 5- bathroom is small,not clean, and no ventilation on it. 6- water pressure was weak. 7- room service is very slow ( I ask for spoon and the brought it after 30 mins) 9- small tv (21") with limited english channels. 10- breakfast time 6:30 to 10:30, I reach there by 10:00 and the salad bar was almost empty. Its 3 star hotel claim to be 5 stars |
