Only the landscape and the chalet set up.

Breakfast is lousy. No fruits, no milk, cookies were not fresh. Coffee and tea with sugar already added in. Limited choice. Might as well don't include breakfast in the room rate. The room is not clean, especially the window frames behind the curtain. TV reception is poor. Closet also in despair stage. The wooden floor is shaking.

Buildings are new The pool is small but OK

The beach is very close but one has to walk through a sort of gargage dump to reach it. The beach is the wild kind with no service it all ( the name "resort" evokes a different standard) No restaurant/bar/ shops at walking distance, the only solution is a taxi to town (nothing more than a village as a matter of fact). At the hotel not even water to buy is available. We had a night storm during our stay and the bungalow were shaking as if they were about to fly away , not very reassuring, we couldn't close an eye. Breakfast can be improved but not too bad. Wi-fi wasn't working in the rooms.

The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The chalet was lovely, including the partly open bathroom. The raised areas in the garden, sometimes surrounded by water, were excellent places in which to chill out at night or have breakfast. The food was delicious.

The beach needs clearing of litter, not the fault of the owners, and if the surrounding area was developed a little more you would make it a destination in its own right. As it is it's the best place to stay en route to or from the islands. In this regard I cannot fault this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it.

    Near the beach

It is not a resort. There are no places to eat, we booked a family suite, which was basically a large wooden shed, very dated and given 2 shabby towels to share. The place itself was basically closed and one member of staff on duty who was pleasant enough. We paid over the odds in a taxi to try to find somewhere to eat. The pool had not been cleaned for some time and the grounds are not finished. Breakfast was get what you are given, which if you like fried, tinned sausage, fried egg and chips would be ok. Luckily we were only there for one night, if we could have found somewhere else we would have left sooner.

The worst experience ever. Bersedia untuk digigit dgn berpuluh puluh ekor nyamuk.. Dan sarapan pagi kami dibiarkan terdedah dan dihurungi lalat dan semut.. Dan mereka tetap mengenakan caj sarapan walaupun mereka mengakui kesilapan mereka.. Air di sinki berbau pelik. Tempat duduk di tandas yg kotor (bilik103). Tiada instant coffee atau pun teh yg disediakan. Hanya terdapat 3 siaran tv yg boleh ditonton. Sewaktu pendaftaran masuk.. Tiada sesiapa di kaunter resepsi. Selepas kami mencari baru lah berjumpa dgn seorang wanita yg dengan muka angkuh dan masam melayan kami yg membawa anak anak kecil. Tiada ucapan maaf ye.. Kesimpulannya.. Sepanjang hidup saya inilah tempat penginapan yg paling teruk dari segi layanan dan fasiliti jika dibandingkan harga yang mahal dari tempat lain.

Nice place to rest by family.

    1. Breakfast not consistent prepared by resort. First day we got the breakfast but not for second day. 2. The resort feel hot especially in the noon because don't have a ceiling. 3. No staff to cleaning the room every morning.

1.Location is near to the beach with beautiful landscape 2. Large spacious chalet for 4 ppl n children..they have bridge connecting adjacent chalets.. 3. Got a lot of restaurants within 5mins drive 4. Delicious nasi dagang 5. Unique open air toilet..but must make sure every valuables are not to be left inside if leaving for dinner..someone might break into the chalet through the toilet.. 5. they provide electric mosquitos repellant

    1. Part of the resort i guess still under construction so there's lot of wastage at the back: eyesore 2. A small pool for all..dissapointing as there r lots of children but the pool is just 1m x 3m for to the neighbour resort, they have massive pool for children n adults..u can go there too, need to pay rm5 each 3. Dirty backyard 4. limited breakfast, no one did ask for the coupons so other guess who are not supposed to eat ate all the food..should prepare more esp over the weekend..2 families got few left over n drinks only 5. some facilities eg mini fridge was not functioning well, request inspection but the staff said need to wait few hours, ended up a day to confirm it was really not functioning..

We actually lost the way to the hotel, when we reached it was at 11.30 pm, the staff (wazir) was very helpful and showed us straight to our chalet without even registering. He asked us to get some rest and register later when checking out. The room is fantastic, clean with everything you need. I will recommend this place for anyone who wants a pit stop before going to Pulau Perhentian. Wished the hotels in P.Perhentian can have the same standard as Manor..

Should have more and bigger sign boards 1/2 kilometer before the junctions. Google map can be misleading .

The nasi dagang served for breakfast is nice. The staff try very hard to please us but the younger ones still need a lot of training.

Room for 4 adults but only 2 for breakfast and towels. Why cant just give for 4 adults and include in the offer price. Old linen and curtain used give you that unclean feel. the bed sheet was rough so not so comfy to rest on the bed. Unless you are super tired than you won't care, but I like comfort for the money I pay. Renovation is still on going, hope the new extension will boost the resort image. Understaff so don't expect the best guest experience. Next door resort is having a function and I stay at room 110 need to wait for the lousy karaoke singing to finish before I could go to sleep. Housekeeping need to improve. To ensure all items and accessories provided in the room are well clean. The management must understand room unoccupied for a long time tends to collect dust. Please allow guest to pay in full during check out and not to charge guest in full during check in. That happen to me so I can't leave the hotel since I have already paid in full for 2 nights during check-in. And end up I spend most of my day out from the resort early and only come back late at night just to sleep.

Chalets were good size for family of 4. The manager went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. He even drove us into town for dinner and took us to the jetty the next day for n charge. Quiet relaxing place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Right on the beach and the beach was nice. Wish we had time to explore. Next time we will stay longer. It's a bit out of town but perfect for us to wind down after a busy time.

very nice resort, nice cottages, swimming pool and beach next door. As the resort is not situated near restaurants (only 1 within walking distance) the owner brought us to a restaurant in the village and came to pick us up again. Excellent service! Breakfast was excellent.
