The hotal tried to be very accomodative and attentive to requests. Eventhough I did not get my babycot on the day of arrival, but I did get 1 eventually on the next day. I particularly like the cooking facilities as I have a small baby and needed to cook porridge for him. |

The security personnel is very helpful and friendly, especially the morning shift personnel The front desk service is not friendly. We as customers should be briefed about the entry systems (using scanning cards) and what are the services provided in the package that may be different from other hotels. |

I like only the services staff always smile and helpful even the guard there and at last i cancelled the hotel second night due to urgent matter i need to back to singapore the staff there help me and refund half a day charges n really appreaciated. The air-con in the room seen like older model and the air not cool and fresh at all |

Courteous and efficient staff with ready smile. Big rooms with full range of accessories and facilities, thoughtful right down to the smallest details - was pleasantly surprised to find a laundry basket nestled within the generous wardrobes. Bathroom was spacious and water supply was good. Did not use many of the facilities/equipment/utensils supplied, but the knowledge that they are provided feels good. Transport luggage from the car park to the lift lobby was not easy - had to carry the luggage up flights of stairs via the basement car park. Lingering tobacco smell in the bathroom, although the bathroom itself is scrupulously clean. |

This hotel is very charming, location is a amazing, and also it fits one's budget, Staff is nice and friendly. I found cockroaches in the room, and other places, they need to take more care of cleanliness, also Air conditioning is quite old and somehow noisy. the one thing i didn't like is that no one comes to pick the laundry from the room, they asked me to bring it myself to laundry (this point i didn't like). |

We had a huge double superior room with its own lounge and sitting room area. Chic and smart and nice pool too - good breakfast and perfect for a stay in kl. Good view of the towers from hotel - not sure how long it would take to walk to them! |

The room was beautiful, bath, nice big shower, dvd player, astro and excellent cooking facilities. Myself and my girlfriend liked the room alot, impressive. The reservation staff were a disgrace. I rang up twice and both different staff were incredibly rude and ignorant when I asked about a late check out subject to availability which was part of the package and which I didn't receive so that was very disappointing as it was a big reason why I chose it but they were just plain rude anyway and one basically hung up the phone on me. My advice to the Nomad?...FIRE/ Improve the service of your reservation staff as they are morons and their standard will let you down. |

Staff at the front desk was very courteous and knowledgeable about the hotel. They were sincere in delivering the best experience to their guests. We got an upgrade although we checked in for 1 night only. The room/apt we had was tastefully refurbished. No issues with security. The only negative point is the parking facilities which does not reflect the 5-star delivery of the hotel. |

Locaton near transportation stations, Peaciful atmosphere, High class neighbourhood area, Appartment hotel with kitchen, Laundary facility with reasonable price, Hotel shuttle to attraction spots. Cleanless, No AC in the hallways, elevator and reception lounge, Breakfast variety is limited. If you stay more than one week, they clean your appt. the other day! |

Good Hotel Location 5 min from main shopping center and the Petronas twin tower, appt furnished with the minimum also not too bad, rooms are comfortable no free internet providing, the appt smell bad , the carpet not clean at all need to be replaced, we left the hotel for city tour at 10:00 AM and came back at 17:00PM the apt was not done not tidy, asked housekeeper she said she was too busy with other rooms lack of cleaning personal which is big mess for the hotel. cockroach found in the kitchen area . |

I was able to check in the moment I reached the hotel which was much earlier than my designated check-in time. The room was spacious and very comfortable. All my requirements and needs were being attended when I seek for help from the staff. Overall, a good place to put up for family or couples. |

Nice hotel with big rooms and the apartment very comfortable, fully furnished every thing is there and the hotel is located very close to City center and main shopping center. the Air Conditioner quit noisy and the carpet need to be replaced or clean it more often with shampoo |

The lights and aircon in the room was already on when I entered. There are tv at the living room and another in the bedroom. There are both bathtub & shower which seldom have in other hotel. The place is spacious and value for money with bfast for 2 provided. For the smoking room, the smoke smell was still very strong which unfortunately I had an experience eventhough I requested for non-smoking floor.. |

The hotel is suitable for a family trip, the two rooms apartment that we stayed are nice anf comfortable for us. The room facilities is good and valuable for the price that we paid for Your main reception staff should show more courtesy and be more polite. They are the mirror to your hotel overall services. The existing TV channel need to be improved in term of signal reception. |

The two bedrooms apt. was big and spacy. Buffet breakfast was OK and the staffs at the restaurant are friendly. The cleaniness was not OK. We found cockroaches in the room, dusts and stains on furnitures. |

The fact that the rooms had fully functional kitchen, fridge etc. Also that everything in the room was clean. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was blowing air that was not cold and that the controls on that air-con was not working properly. Did not alert reception as it was late and we were tired by then. |
