Bad cleaning, and breakfast,

my whole family enjoyed the pool view and seaview location... its a great pleasure and we enjoyed the soothing wind n morning breeze. walking distance to shops n jetty...

the morning buffet breakfast.. no much variety and second quality items

i like the location very much we lived in Lumut for 6 years we left lumut in year 2004. it brings back fond memories just to be there since other places have changed so much orient star' has not in any way

room facilities and furniture still look old with no lcd tv screen

Room facilities such as TV which is not in good condition, washroom not maintain in good order, lack of sufficient sofa in the room for relaxation.

The best thing about the hotel was the view.

The room was poorly maintained with cracked and missing tiles, non-functioning wardrobe doors, non-locking veranda doors for example. In-room aircon unit dripped constantly. TV picture was rubbish. Bathroom was grubby and very poorly fitted. Damp patches on walls and ceiling. Very, very poorly decorated and basically unloved for too many years.

i like the seaview n night decoration with light. unfortunetly the room given for ne was 1st floor. eventhough i request wat type of room n bed. booking.com must inform early to me so that we can do early arrangement. pls cl me for more info. thanks

This is my 4th stay in the hotel, my first was in the 90s. I find that the hotel facilities have deteriorated since then. The superior room that I stayed in was clean however I saw water stains on the ceiling. The day curtains were stainead. Overall the surrounding facilities were not mintained. If not for the friendly staff and location, I would choose another hotel.

However, the hotel is old and not maintain. They need to refurbish.

1.Senggaraan yang teruk. a. Pintu utama rosak sehingga perlu pindah bilik b. Pintu bilik mandi terlulu usang.

вафли на завтраке, остальное есть невозможно. и вафли делали в маске! удачное расположение рядом с портом лумута и автобусной остановкой.

ужасно старые и грязные номера. рядом расположена ярмарка с караоке. пол- ночи стекла звенели от децибел.

Saiz bilik kecil...tiada apartment..kurang selesa jika anak ramai dan dewasa belaka

Saya memilih hotel ini kerana pemandangan persisiran pantainya boleh dilihat dari balkoni sambil menikmati minuman. Kolam yang besar menjadi kesukaan seisi keluarga dan saya melihat kegembiraan anak bongsu saya yang suka bermain air.

Saya berjalan dipersisiran pantai hotel ini dan mendapati banyak ranting kayu bertaburan dan anak tidak menyukainya. Kurang menjadi kebersihan pantai mencemar imej hotel yang dikunjungi juga pelancung luar.

Mandi swimming pool. environment sorround hotel.

Sarapan pagi terlalu simple peralatn dalam bilik eg: cerek letrik tak berfungsi. Tuala mandi dihantar selepas request. room with twin bed instead of double bed. air aircond menitis di balcony hingga berlumut. No welcome drink .

Tenang dan berdekatan dengan bandar Lumut. Hanya berjalan kaki dalam masa 10 minit sudah sampai ke kawasan membeli-belah dan jeti ke Pulau Pangkor.

Kekurangan tuala ketika mandi di kolam renang.

Lokasi nya dan private beach serta kakitangan yg mesra and helpful.

Check in lambat sebab bilk belum di kemas semasa kami tiba. Check in dlm kol 4 ptg n toilet tersumbat but maintenance staff rectify cepat.

- Location - Room was cosy - Despite the negative reviews posted about the rooms..we found the bed & bedsheet in good condition.

- Expensive rooms for the kind of room/food you get - It's an old hotel, in dire need of makeover. - Layout of bathroom and the tiles , were old and worn out

Iliked the room n the view except for unfortunately during my staying I think aircond not really function.I am stayin in room 146.Otherwise my family loved it.
