Brilliant staff and beautiful hotel, service was exceptional. We also were given a sea view room with a balcony which was lovely :).

Extremely expensive to eat at the hotel - really broke the budget

The room was spacious with panarama ocean and marina view, breakfast was a huge array of foods.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Sutera, the room is comfortable and clean, beautiful view from the roon and from the pool area, lovely buffet breakfast and we also like the free hotel shuttle bus service to the city centre.

The housekeeping service need to improve. Hairdryer is missing from the room, complimentary bottle water and newspaper were not delivered everyday.

Beautiful pool beside the sea. Nice little beach. Great Happy Hour at the pool. Good buffet breakfast. Nice band in the lobby at night. Lovely views from 7th floor room. Beautiful gardens.

Would like free wifi in the room.

Good place for relaxation.. And you can also enjoy the facilities in Magellen. You won't feel bored in the hotel

the cleanliness in the room, especially on the beds. We feel a bit itchy after sleeping one night.

It's centrally located & offers easy access to outer islands via Sutera Harbour. Hotel provides shuttle services to city which is a plus point.

The bedlinen in the room 1001 that we stayed in was not clean. We had to call & waited for housekeeping to change the sheets when we discovered the problems @ bedtime.

Pool bar and restaurant was excellent,the breakfasts were top class and we enjoyed the views of the marina,the free shuttle to the city was handy,the cleaning staff were very helpful

Most of the lobby staff were very friendly, but incompetent.

I like the swimming pool and beach inside the hotel. Its nice.

limit service like not enough towel in bathroom

We had a todler with us and we stayed for three nights.Reception was well organised, no delay checking in /out.Taxi rental was very efficient and quick.Food, hotel facilities excellent.

Perhaps if There has to be a negative point to me , it would be the aging look of the place..and the monotony of dull beige to brown hues everywhere in the hotel....then again some would say its very laid back,soothingly earthy feeling!

Staff are friendly, location which is close to the airport.

The breakfast is very average, they use Flask to serve tea. When you drink it you will have coffee after taste. So they use the same flask for tea and some other days for coffee. The staff who prepared eggs, don't understand English. They only know how to make eggs one way. So tough luck if you like it otherwise. The last two days of our stay, the hot-water brook down in the hotel. So we only had cold water. When i complained to the reception they acted they don't know what i was talking and said they will check. It's difficult to take cold showers when you have kids. And for the money you pay, you expect better service. Finally, the children facility is almost none existence! They hardly have any games and will charge you for every game.

Decent size room with good view. Helpful staff. Very good location. Spa was satisfactory.

Very limited tv channel choices and no World cup channel

The swimming pools and gardens were excellent and we enjoyed the sunsets. We also enjoyed watching the Korean guests stealing all the cakes at breakfast and stuffing them in their handbags thinking no one knew! Excellent fun for me and the family. Taxi service from the hotel to the town was also excellent.

Only problem for myself and my wife were the rather firm beds. Other than that maybe the expensive golf and driving range could annoy some. I know that our Expat golfing group that tours through to KK several times a year refuse to play there due to the high costs and minimal discounts offered. 16 to 20 players spending money at the course should attract good discounts or at least similar to those offered by the Nexus and Shangri La courses around KK.

The staffs are overall friendly and helpful, we enjoy the enviroment, esp.the poolside, the sunset and the well landscape garden are all wonderful memories, also its location next to the harbour makes it very convenient for island hopping.We also enjoyed the meals which are delicious and worth the money(the poolside BBQ with the seafood menu is highly recommended )
