Цены в барах, ресторанах, а также цены на иные услуги в отеле сильно завышены

На огромной и живописной территории Sutera Harbour Resort находятся так же отель The Magellan Sutera и Marina,Golf & Country Club. Можно пользоваться их услугами и есть где погулять. Например, рестораны в The Magellan Sutera существенно лучше. Можно заказать бесплатно внутренний шатл от одного отеля до другого. Так же есть свой сервис по доставке отдыхающих на острова Sapi, Manukan и Mamutik. Услуга платная, но качественная. Раз в час ходит бесплатный шатл до города, но на него нужно предварительно записываться, хотя бы за час. А то есть шанс не уехать. Хотя в любое время можно вызвать такси, до города стоит 4 $. Отличные завтраки, представлены блюда нескольких кухонь (европейская, китайская, индийская, малайская).

Уборка была качественной временами, 3 дня хорошо убирают, 3 дня плохо. То и дело не до считывались, то халата, то полотенца для ног. 2 раза видели в номере ящерицу. В отеле часто проводятся бизнес конференции, и в это время везде слишком людно. Когда нет конференций, то отель очень уютный.

Fabulous choice of pools. Large comfortable rooms.

We travelled with two other families and ordered dinner from the Harbour cafe. The food was quite good but the service was terrible. Food took up to an hour to arrive and 2 of the 8 children had to wait almost 2 hours for a cheese and tomato toasted sandwich and pizza! After reminding the staff several times, they were given a bread roll each after waiting 90 minutes. Drinks took around 20-30 minutes to arrive - even a can of coke.

Super!!!!

The best thing was the service and the facilities. I never had to wait long for anything and the staff were always friendly and courteous. The pools are excellent as are all the facilities in the Marina club.

My room was rather old fashioned and could do with modernising. It is also one of the hotels that likes to charge you for everything. For example I asked for a DVD player as there was non in my room and they wanted to charge me MYR69 for half a day. A good hotel really should have that sort of equipment in the rooms as standard.

Worst 5star hotel I've ever seen. Food is bad, service is even worse.

Facilities were very good, including free and fast wifi, and the location was very convenient.

On both occasions I stayed, I had to wait some time for my room to be available. It was well after 2pm on one occasion.

We enjoyed our stay at Sutera Pacific, it was very nice. We got upgraded to a suite and it was excellent!! Very friendly staff and the breakfast was also very nice. Very good pool-area.

A bit to expensive at the pool-bar.

Had a good variety of facilities and the staff were very nice.

On arrival the mini bar in our room was empty. Nothing in it at all. The bed was not that comfortable. The 5 star restaurant would not make us a Caesar salad, even though you could order it at the pool bar. The pizza was dry and yucky.

The Eco-friendly and away from busy city life. The location is good make travel relax and time saving especially travel from airport to the hotel , further more many varieties of food. Travel to city also convient. Good place for holiday for people that have short break.

Breakfast is good with variety of choices.

The air-conditioning is poor and bath room wall tiles are full of algae or fungi, not very well maintained and does not deserve its star ratings.

Swimming pool and sports facilities

The aircon was not working properly and we were moved to another room at a lower floor which has not got a perfect view of the surrounding.

Great locations and good views.

The hotel facilities is a bit out of date. The tv look like my grandmom's one. They need to renew the facilities.
