边上就是游艇码头，离海边近，风景不错

非常不满，我们预订时说是高尔夫全景平板电视等，感觉很好，结果入住时说酒店人多，给了三间4楼的客房，分- 别对着大马路和一个很脏的平台，我们找到前台不满，他们才给我们换了个8楼的房子，总算可以看到高尔夫球场- 的一角了，不过下面就是酒店的机房（嗯，大概是锅炉房），还说肯定没有别的房间可以换了，我在一天到晚都是- 轰轰的噪音中住了三天，太差了！！！！

到達 Pacific Sutera發覺該酒店內另外一邊，即是隔離麥哲倫翼環境更為理想，決定加錢轉房，入住後發現酒店外部環境- 一流值5星。還有，酒店位置觀賞日落很美。

到達 Pacific Sutera發覺該酒店內另外一邊，即是隔離麥哲倫翼環境更為理想，決定加錢轉房，入住後發現酒店外部環境- 一流值5星，可惜房間內部設施一般只值3星。多數服務生不懂華語及廣東話，重口音的英文令我很難適應。這個- 價錢可以在蘇梅入住更好的酒店。沙巴的物價超高，但遊客得到的卻很差。包括的士，潛水活動，飲食，或是這個- 酒店。

酒店沒有牙刷及牙膏，電視節目不夠豐富。

飯店所處位置極優,環境生態俱佳,很適合渡假休閒,看夕陽,飯店有碼頭,對想出海的旅客很方便.

飯店早餐樣式較少且缺變化,有交通車往市區,但是要收費(以這麼高檔的飯店,收費不低,為何和顧客計較小錢,rm3);入住時正在重新粉刷,氣味不好.

環境優美,海灘水清沙幼,沿著碼頭行可清楚看見到海膽,魚群及小蟹

The stay was great where the room was quiet and environment was very nice.

I am doing check out near 12pm, was waiting quite sometime during the check out, while most of the ppl in the queue is doing the check in. Will suggest the hotel to give priority to ppl to check out first.

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, close to the city, but still quiet with beautiful territory. Good breakfasts.

We faced problems with our room practicall every day: running conditioner, switched off electricity, running lavatory and lack of bathrobes - we were 3 in one room, but the bathrobes always were for 2 only and we have to request it. But all these problems were solved very quickly. Other disadvantage is very small beach, lack of sunbeds - we had to go early before breakfast to occupy the sunbeds. No possibility to swim in the sea beacause of jellyfishes. That was most dissappointing as the water was very warm and clean. Do not order roast duck at the Silk Garden restaurant in the hotel - they show you the duck, but then bring you very limited pancakes with the skin, the main course with very very few duck meat small pieces was tasty, but where the whole duck disappeared - nobody knows :( we ate the duck in other restaurants before. Hope the staff enjoy the rest of our duck.

Very family friendly. Close to everything.

A bit expensive and things that you would expect to come free from a resort we had to pay for eg. The use of pool toys for the children.

It's well equipped with nice swimming pool and beach, rooms are comfortable in general.

Though the hotel is well equiped, the service is quite disappointing. We checked in at around 6 pm after coming back from mountain climbing, we had booked for 5 rooms but 2 rooms were still tidying up at that moment and we had to wait for more than an hour for the room cards. As exhausting as us, we urged the reception several times and finally managed to get our rooms by 7pm! To frustrate us even more, It took more than 30 mins to send back the luggages to our rooms, while my friends had to go down to the lobby to take back their luggages after waiting for an hour and making several calls to the reception. Finally, they were able to find their luggages still in the lobby!!! Rooms are in good condition and confortable but one of the rooms have all the lighting systems broken down, it took us another 30mins to find someone to come up and fix it........by that moment, we were far too exhausted!

My stay was v dissappointing and I explained why on the in-room questionnaire - please refer. Eg. (1) being given access to a room already occupied - by an amourous couple who did not appreciate my entrance (2) having a cold room where the aircon doesn't work! I have no intention of staying again. As I stated, I found the Jesselton superior in many respects.
