Preparation of BBQ dishes during dinner

I am from KL but just stayed here with mom as she had an early appointment at Prince Court Medical Centre nearby and we wanted to avoid the stress of travelling in the traffic jam early in the morning! I am very impressed with the hotel. The room was massive, a balcony with good view of KLCC. The bathroom was huge. The food was great. Definitely will come back to stay here with my husband just for relaxation!

Air conditioning is very weak. Internet connection is definitely not high-speed (only 512kb!!! in 21st century in a 5 star hotel???)

A friendly staff and very luxury hotel

My wife has lost her perfume while we were out the hotel , we believe that somebody of the housekeepers has stolen it from the room since they assigned to make up the rooms.

Very fancy lobby, friendly helpful staff, good location near KLCC park and the Petronus towers.

Rooms were a little out of date and not as luxurious as the lobby, AC was very noisy when turned up loud enough to cool the room at night. Tea and coffee making facilities were very basic with powdered coffee whitener. Mini bar was practically empty

Room was very spacious. Huge bed. Concierge service was excellent.

Room Service failed us a couple of times , but that may have been more to do with difficulties in understanding language accents.

The facilities in the room and the breakfast were awsome. Even you keep in mind this is a 5 star hotel the breakfast is beyond comparision.

The attitude of the so called concierge who is actually the middle men between costumer and housekeeping. He showed anoyed when i asked him to make a phonecall in Malay language to arrange transport to the airport. This is the only bad experience i encountered in this hotel. The other members of the staff were really friendly and accommodating.

The staff is very helpful and the size of room is good and the location of the hotel is nise.

The food for arabic customer is not good

Being woken up at midnight with reception calling to ask when I was going to pay for the room when they had my card details from the booking. Being disturbed twice by housekeeping 2 hours before checkout to ask when we were leaving so they could clean the room.

Nice hotel and very wonderful staff, location of this hotel is easy to go anyway in city, shipping center, restaurant and nightlife just walking distance.

The emidiate upgrade to a suit when an issue was identified in our first room. The politeness of all staff. The decor throughout the hotel

The BBQ buffet. The range of food available was amazing but the 3 BBQ chefs were incapable of producing a plate of hot food. Some was cold, some undercooked and some overlooked. Maybe just an off night. Otherwise the food was good

Very luxurious and comfortable room. The room had shower with a big rain shower and a seperate bath. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient not very far from the shopping area if you know the short cut.

Hotel charges extra for taxi to the airport. We heard from the taxi driver he had to pay the hotel 20 rm for the pick up. Next time we'll call a taxi ourselves.

It is a wonderful hotel close to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor and excellent value for money

Pleasant atmosphere close to the heart of KL.

Some difficulties communicating with reception staff.

The hotel is near to pavilion shopping centre. It was a great as it was a five star hotel n our room located at 2nd floor was very near to swimming pool.

The payment mode is very confusing. Initially they need crdit card to hold our payment when check out they need the same credit card to get the payment. If that the case they should not take our deposit. The room is great but so many ants especially when u place ur food on the table.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is amazing.

Pool closes too early

Great location and facilities for stop over or exploring KL.

Its not a Shangri-la or Ritz Carlton but it is large and new hotel with excellent staff, wonderful breakfast and marvellous value for money ! It has a great location and quite a laid-back property.

overall our stay in the hotel was nice however it was a short visit but next time i will make sure to stay longer , the hotel and the location was perfect
