Nice balcony. Big room ac in room is excellent. Bathroom is big and clean. The view from room on garden is nice . Many kinds of foods in breakfast. Cooperative staff. Near to two malls.

Its little bit expensive. There is no ac in the reception. Its toooooo hot. Cleaning room is not good. There is no corridor for disabled or elevator  to go from parking to inside hotel and also to go down to breakfast restaurant we suffered too much with our baby trolley. The breakfast restaurant is very high temperature.

The buffet breakfast is one of the best in comparison to many 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. Very fresh, excellent variety, really amazing all around. The bed is extremely comfortable, the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful. There were a couple of minor instances that I had to raise my concern about, however the Guest Relations Manager (Jana Zahranova) was very courteous, professional and helpful. I can only highly recommend the Westin Langkawi.

Everything was as we expected, friendly staff, fabulous accommodation in a beach side villa with our own private pool, just perfect!

Very little to do in Kuah, luckily we had a car so we could drive around the sights.

The Westin Langkawi Resort & SPA is a marvelous hotel with very friendly and professional staff. Design of rooms and restaurants is perfect as well as cuisine - seafood, tropical fruits, italian food ect. - all is cooked very well. The beach is also outstanding - coniferous and foliage trees everywhere, so you can lie in the shade and enjoy beautiful view of the sea and islands near by.

Quite noisy and old. Lot's of faults like leaking ceiling, broken lights in pool, ... House keeping did not react even after asking twice for new towels.

beach water not very clean from the kuah harbour, no balkony in lower rates rooms, kuah city is boring and also the food in this city isn't good. beside the hotel is nothing special

The beach is not good for swimming

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suites. The room is great and cosy. Just that the facilities and condition of the room is pretty run down though well maintained. Would be nice if the room is renovated and spruced up for a more up-to-date cosy feeling.

Limited choice of local flavors in the restaurants. Have to end up eating outside everyday. Would be nice to dine in the luxury of a great hotel.

The room was very comfortable and spacious.But there was a smell in Toilet.The Resort have a nice swimming pool and the breakfast was above standard.

Staff needs training to deal properly with customers.I Had a very bad experience during check out.I Was out of hotel for sometime and when I came back it was around 1:00 Pm which is a normal time for checkout.When I asked for check out lady told me that you are already checked out.its really terrible that I didn't show up my self my all luggage was inside and I was checked out.At last when I took my luggage and went to lady I was trying to complaint her she was responding thank you sir thank you (instead of aplogizing) to avoid me in front of other guests

Amazing resort, we liked everything from the hostility to the food to the 3 ladies singers and the whole resort atmosphere. I would like to return again and again and sure I will advise it to freinds

The Internet is free only in common areas and not in the room and it kept on disconnecting

Other than the International Buffet all other dinner options were expensive. Location of room allocated.

Nothing's especial

Buffet with a lot of bugs, the room furniture is very old need to be refreshed and also the sheets of the bed poor.

room furniture could be better, as they are old. find another road in front of hotel, as too much traffic to jetty point.

I loved everything about the hotel, the location, the facilities, the food, and the staff/service including the management.

Wifi a little slow.

There was no internet in the rooms. However, the internet in the lobby was poor.

The view from our room was spectacular. Love the touch of the flowers that were left in our bed as it was our honeymoon! :)

I was overcharged for my stay here and it was only rectified after I notified the staff. The upgrade to ocean view room was nice but could have at least given us the king size bed since it was our honeymoon and instead we received two double beds. Other than that, I can't fault them.

Great staff. Very friendly. Kids friendly pools.

Facility pretty old. Needs careful maintenance.
