The ZON All Suites Residences on the Park  

I like the embience of the Hotel. Looks like it has been mainatin well. The location of the suites is great. I hope I can spend more time at the rooms.

Hope this message is taken seriously. Firstly the signage to the hotel was completely out of place. There were no proper signage to guide anyone who drives up there. The only big sign that suppose to be lighted up was blacked out. From the main road no proper signage leading to the Hotel. Secondly the toilets need major repairs. The bath tubs floods when used. Water drainage was very bad. The Carpets in the rooms have to be vaccumed cleaned. The Breakfast was very poorly setup. All the breads was hard. The corn flakes was soaked with air. Not crunchy. So for the comments but this one come from my personal experience I had. I am not picky as you might think. Trying to give a vaild feedback. Thanks

We a family of four with two teenaged boys, booked online and stayed at Zon Residences for two nights. It was a fairly comfortable stay giving you value for money. Suitably located with a decent view of the Petronas Towers. The buffet breakfast menu had a good variety and catered to all tastes.

Very spacious. Can fit 8 people if you get some rollaway beds, seriously.

Dirty and old carpet. Backdoor behind kitchen does not feel secure. Window sills dirty, with broken handles. Toilet flushes very slowly

Walking distance to Suria Shopping mall, Petronas Tower

I like to stay here bcz the location are very strategic infront of klcc park so I n my family can save budget by walking to klcc n other shopping complex like pavilion, etc, the room also very big and the view from my room are just great, I think it was great price for the location n for the spacious room.

The staff cannot stop calling to my room bcz I haven't paid the deposit in full bcz I have to wait for my parents to pay. Cz I arrived b4 them, n its like they did not believe I would pay the balance. And the furniture is old stuff, n they did not provide toothbrush n toothpaste.

Location.. Near KLCC..

No wifi... Some more was charge!!! Almost hotel was free of charge!!!

Location is good just 5 minutes walk to klcc n convention center. With the covered and aircond walkway you can reach The Pavillion in just 20 minutes. With the view of the twin towers and the garden is just splendid.

The setback of the hotel is that the bathrooms shower is of poor maintenance. The breakfast buffet is not that much varieties.

i stay here in the zon hotel with my friends came for touring the malaysia.and i found this hotel up to date in all mannars and i like to stay here as i fell it like home.nice,fair and helping staff and also my friends like its location because so near to kuala lumpur's land mark twins tower and beatifull view in the evening.overall its exelent return of the money.it was a worthy stay for me..

We had a 2 bedroom apartment (and 2 bathroom) which was very spacious, thought the decor and furnishings were a bit tired.
