room is comfortable, there is sitting room, nice bath room there are noise sound near the room, the hot water pot could be bought a new one, bcos the water was leaked from the pot. it is risk for fir accident. |

Proximilty to our business destinations . One of Zon's competitive advantage is the free internet access in the hotel rooms.My colleagues were very disappointed that the access was poor if not non at all. We complained when checking out, we were informed then that it is to do with setting depending where the guests are from.As part of the horel service this should have been part and parcel of the checking in procedure where guest will be informed that internet access have to be set and not wait till guests complained . Afterall zon is in the service industry right !, these are constructive feed back . We will continue to use Zon for our overseas colleagues this week but if the internet acces fail again then we have to use other hotels Thank you .Kind regards LeeClarke |

The appartment was great, clean, two bedrooms,kitchen, nice area near Petronas twins, underground station. Receptionist din´t book our taxi for airport!!!! |

Lots of space in the appartments and the location is walking distance to the twin towers.Good price for a good size appartment for 4 persons. We were dissappointed about the very limited view from the appartment to the twin towers. Also the room furniture was quite worn out. |

The location was good. The outside pool and possebility to sunbath. Friendly staff. there where a construction area next to the hotell whith a lot of noise. it was not easy to sleep in the morning. |

big room I booked the room for 4 persons, however the tow rooms equiped with queen zise beds which allow 2 persons to sleep. I was forced to ask for extra beds. the breakfast was not good. |

The location was good and value for money when travelling with a group of 10. Breakfast was a bonus with a good variety. The building site next door!!!! Being woken at 6am by the singing from the mosque. Rooms had a very musty odour which was really noticeable. |

The location is ideal,immediately behind petronis towers The condition of the suites were appalling. Conditions were far far from what was potrayed on your website. In my opinion, entire hotel needs to be upgraded,including restuarant area. This was terribly understaffed and filthy. |

There was no non Smoking room, no balkony, only a small window could be oppened. The room stank terribly of old cigarete smok. Hotel had an unpleasant odour and a rather run down athmosphere, very dark without daylight. |

The location and the suite size. it is really comforting. also, the location is very good as close to twin tower. they allowed me to check out late so that also was very convienent there was a construction on site which was annoying the first day, but this is not the fault of the hotel. but it could be communicated to the workers not to estabish the digging and noisy work very early in the morning. |

The suite was serviced daily with clean towels provided.The breakfast was plentiful with choices for every taste.The laundry service was excellent. The building work next door which they have no control over ! |
