Good location The wall in the room is quit dirty. It seem like they didn't take good care of their room. The breakfast is bad. The most important thing, the staff tried to cheet us. We asked the reception staff to booking for a taxi when we check up, and the guy as for 100 ringgit malaysia, normally it just cost around 60 to 80 ringgit. |

The room was superb, and location was also approachable to Petronas Tower and other shopping venues. Yes, the free 2 mineral water bottles were not given everyday, and for free shuttle service one had to request again n again.Also the free ticket to KL Towers was not provided. |

Nice room, walking distance to KLCC. Nice view at night. Good services upon check-in and check-out. However variety of food serve for breakfast must be upgraded. |

I picked the Zon as it is only about 5 minutes walking distance to KLCC and also close to the other main shopping centres. The staff were very friendly and acted promptly to any request made. I will definitely stay at the Zon again as it is also a family friendly place. They never fill up the coffee and tea station, I have to call and request for some. Was also not too happy that the floors were never cleaned - bathrooms and kitchen; and this is after the housekeeping is done. |

It was a short walk from the twin towers, shops and good food just around the corner. The room wasn't stocked up properly with the required necessarities like Towels and working remote control for the tv. |

Location is superb within 5 minutes walk to KLCC Looks very aged. We needed to change room because the airconditioner leaked into the room making the carpet soaking wet and the bathroom smelled. |

Right next door, there is a huge construction area, hence our room and all other rooms as well, was very noisy. The work supposed to stop at 8 PM, but they didn't stop. It was noisy even after midnight. We had a reservation for 3 nights,but decided to leave after the experience of the first night, as we couldn't sleep. The hotel managment insisted to charge us for a second night, what we finally agreed upon, just to get out of there. |

The reception was good and the reservation staff were very cordial and supportive , But the waitress at the Terracota restaurant need to improve on customer satisfaction..The painting needs to be changed . The carpets of the rooms can be removed , it will be better without the carpets , as they seem to be old .The Room Service , and the House Keeping Service is Extremely Slow need to improve on customer satisfaction. |

The Staff were wonderful. The buffet selection, although simple but just right, not too many dishes or too little. The rooms were huge and very clean and comfortable. There is free wireless in the room as well as an hour or free internet at the business centre. A daily newspaper was provided free of charge as well. It was truly great value for money to stay here. |

Breakfast was good, the staff on the front desk were very helpful and were always understanding however hard the language barrier became! not quite as close to the petronas towers as the photos suggest, but still very close as only a 8minute walk. as close as it is to the city centre, not many cab drivers know of it so getting there can prove difficult, also those who do will not want to drive into the city centre at rush hour and if they do - will charge extortionate prices for it. One concierce was extremely rude with no excuse nor provocation... he was the reason i left this hotel. |

Nothing that I like about the hotel during my stay and I can guarantee that I would not return to the hotel again and would 100% not recommend to all my friends & relatives. There are a few issues that I need to highlight. 1) The first room that we check into had a faulty main door. I told the reception over the phone and was told that she needs to check with her senior staff if I can be transfer to another room. I finally got a transfer after I faced them off at the reception. 2) After settling in, my family was saying that it would have been better for us to booked into sucasa Apartment or Renaissance Hotel. Even the tv is too small and has no remote. 3) I got my sister to check-in and put a cash deposit as I need to park my car. At the end of the stay I told the reception that I need the cash deposit and would pay with my credit card but I was given a 'cold' no for an answer. |
