Great location, nice pool and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Although listening to the muezzin (sp?) in the adjacent mosque at 5 am may be considered by some as a negative, it was actually quite soothing (he has a nice voice). The internet wasn't available in the rooms as promised. It seems to be permanently broken. On the plus side, the staff have been agreeing to leave the business centre open longer to compensate. |

Despite the fact that hotel is old, the room condition is still good. Hotel is easily reachable from KLCC train station. I do not like the fact that hotel does not have WIFI access or provide LAN access as stadard service (you are charged hourly for it). This is especially for hotel in KL area where the city is regarded as communication hub for the country. |

It was definitely value for money. I guess, having stayed in a 4 * hotel internationally, my hopes were dashed at the Zon. The pictures that were shown on the net must have been old. The hotel is in definite need of TLC. The bathroom had a continuous leak and altho it was reported , nothing was done. In the breakfast room, the bin(garbage) was close to the food. How unappetising. |

Large apartments with large kitchen. TV, stereo. Close to the KLCC. In all very satisfied. Pool area could need a little "touch-up". Some small things around the hotel was in need of fixing. Should be light in all logos for instance, small things that doesnt take long to fix, but wasn`t. We could wish for printer possibillities in buisness centre. |

ロケーションはよく、周囲のホテルに比べお手頃だと思います。朝食も思ってより種類があり、味も悪くなかったです。 エレベーターが部屋数のわりに2台しかなく、連休もあったせいか毎回待ちました。また、部屋に入ってアメニティがほとんどなくびっくりしました。（タオル類一切なし）ハウスキーピングに電話をして持ってきてもらえましたが。全体的にホテルスタッフのサービスが悪かったです。このグレードなので過大な期待はしていませんでしたが…。セキュリティはあまりいいとは言えません。エレベーターも誰でも乗れてしまいます。 |
