staff very friendly and helpful.. so many facilities offered..kids room playground..3 swimming pools.. staff in fresh restaurant very friendly..

my first room that allocated for me have some leaking at the ceiling..there have some water drop into our bed..but hotel gave me the other room after an hour check in at 3 pm..

The locatiion is good.We like the pool very much.

I toke the standard room for its price but it is a bit run down. It is also better if there are more sport and games available.TV Chennel is too limited and some news chennel in chinese will be most welcome.

The infinity pool at the Cumulus area was a great place to relax. I would say, it's one of the highlights of the place. The swimming pool was good as well, with different levels of depth to cater for different groups of swimmers. The resort is huge and has ample place for one to walk around to admire its greenery. It's really a great place to unwind and destress!

The air-con in my room was not strong enough, while setting the air-con to a temperature of 20%, one would imagine that it will be able to cool the room, however it did not do so. The beach area was dirty and was littered with rubbish, it was such a sore sight to see that the hotel was clean but the sandy beaches were littered with rubbish.

Lovely beach resort, nice pools, food (bit pricey), bars, spa. Got very busy over weekend, but was almost empty the rest of the time. Family wedding at hotel which all went well.

Quite a long way out of Port Dickson. Pricey. Looks very 'resorty', gardens are lovely but hotel doesn't really blend in to the surrounding area.

Despite what we were paying for the hotel stay, what we got was far less than premium. For a first timer, lack of reliable road signs getting there wasn't helpful. The lights in our room were not working, tv remote was not working. Shows how much is put in to maintenance. Hotel was also stingy with shampoos and shower gel. Food isnt that fantastic either.

I make a request reqarding remote control for television which is not provided in my room many time via phone ext and went to front counter by myself but nothing was done. .they keeps telling that they will sent somebody but nobody come untill my check out day..

The warm welcome with welcome drinks, ice cream and clown. Very impressive

It was one of my best experience for holiday with family ,staff were excellent and friendly ,the environment were perfect,the food was outstanding and all in all it was one of my best pleaser trip with family and for sure I will go there again.

Friendly staff

Environment and service of the hotel is top notch.

Breakfast is not up to par for the standards set in other areas of the hotel. If Thistle wants to maintain its current level, it has to look at its F&B aspects too, which in my opinion is currently rather lacking

The pool and the bar near the beach remembering me hotel in koh samui we had stayed during our pevious holidays.

It is not family type room.

We loved the pools and the activities at the beach.

great feel to the place, clean, friendly staff, bar with live band, good cocktails, clean beach, big pools.

we could here everything that was happening outside the room, people walking past or sound from the adjacent rooms.

Our kids had a good time swimming in the pools.

Sheets, towels & toilet not up to level desired. We brought our own sheets/comforter & towels..

Food & sports facilities are good.

Noisy. Function at the field sounds penetrates into the room caused disturbance who wants to sleep, especially early morning at 7!

The sweeming pool "just for adulds" was great, great view on the sea, bar, music and small numeber of people. It was the best place in the hotel.

Reception was terrable. Check-out process took me 40 minutes. When I asked for the nearest pharmacy the answer was: - we dont have a pharmacy in the hotel - ok, so where is the nearest pharmacy - you mean outside of hotel? - yes - oh, it's far - how far? - oh, it's far from here - do I have to take a taxi or can I walk there? - I dont know. it's in PD. this discussion lasted for the next 5 minutes and I didn't get answer where is a pharmacy, if I have to walk in which direction or I have take a taxi and where I have to go... The most terrable is that I really felt sick
