Everything. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, room was perfect with an amazing view of the petronas towers. Skybar at the top of the hotel was great although I would recommend booking if you want a table by the windows. We also had a room service breakfast which was lovely and good value for money - we didn't need to eat for the rest of the day!

The staff are extremely good and responsive. The location is great for our office and the proximity to KLCC shopping pleased my wife enormously.

Everything was Ok. The issue of the swimming pool is true as stated into previous comments but I was there for the exhibition and staying in the rooms with access to the lounge so did not care about it. The lobbies (both) are too small but understand it depends on the fact you are in the very center of the city so space is hard to find

Hotel location is excellent and facilities within hotel are also very good. The sky bar is a great venue and gym facilities are also good

Service was a little inconsistent, in some cases excellent and in others not very good. If they can improve the consistency (especially in the Sky Bar) it would rate very highly.

Room was comfortable. Location ideal, great views of Petrona's towers.

Reception staff, impersonal & very business like. Did not give impression that they cared about what you needed or how you found hotel. Difficulty getting staff to answer calls to make reservations. Sky bar, fabulous view with atrocious service. Apart from view completely over-rated. This hotel is entirely geared towards business travellers & it's very rich clients. Lack of consistency in service throughout the hotel.

Location, access to Taxi, Train and walking distance to Shops.

Pool was indoors and not ideal for relaxing.

Location : The hotel is right in front of the Petronas Tower. If you book the room with a view on it, you have it all! A shuttle is available if you don't want to walk 10 minutes to the shopping center below the Petronas tower. Staff and operational management of this hotel is exceptional. If they "make a mistake", they will do everything to correct it and make you feel good. They will either upgrade you or give you something and check that you are fully satisfied. It is a real 5 stars customer experience. Breakfast buffet is the most diverse and complete, if you eat Halal or you are vegetarian, only eat Asian, no gluten, only want healthy food or junk food or Eastern, Western. You have it all!. Room is very comfy, design is good and modern, stylish. Iron board available. Bath tube. Concierge are doing their best to satisfy your needs. Staff is very friendly and competent.

I did a late booking on a saturday late afternoon for the next monday morning. Hoping that they will see my request to have a shuttle available at the airport but the person in charge monday morning just forgot so I was waiting at the airport 1 hour wondering if I should just take a taxi or wait. After I complained to the reception, they offered me 2 free breakfast so it is positive. Most of the tours organised by the hotel starts for 2 persons minimum so if you are there alone, well...you have to manage your own tour!

Able to walk from hotel to mall under cover....lovely breakfast buffet....friendly staff..complimentary fruit tray...location..little touches such as loofah, bath salts and bath tub. Complimentary cart running from hotel to mall....very appreciated.

Disappointed with POOL area....made a major BIG difference in returning. If not for that would be back....I would recommend hotel but also let someone know about the pool.

Staff are very friendly and attentive, will go out of their way to help.
