Good room facilities, without being luxurious. Staff does not speak good English, but enough to talk a bit. 20 minutes walking from city main attractions. I tried the spa and was very disappointed (reflexology was extremely painful and I was hurt for a full day after it). |

Excelent room, excellent service, good health club, We got a room with "Parkinglot view". The band playing in the lobby was horrible. |

Hotel rooms are clean and is really smoke -free when I requested for smoke- free room. Location is good. Whole hotel ambience is good. Service needs to be improved. Staff lack initiative and personal skills. When I ask if I can park my lugguage with the bellhop as time is still early, frontline just answered me yes, without telling me that I could just check in straight away. When I asked for directions, the concerige just answered me some vague directions as if I know where it is. The short supervisor at frontline do not smile and do not greet, she stared. It's rude. |

The hotel staff is very helpful. The room is clean and well equiped. I stayed there with two young kids with no major issues. The swimming pool is not that fantastic. |

Very nice hotel compared to the other ones in Georgetown and well located near by the centre. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Shuttle bus to the beach resorts was usefull to experience more Pulau Penang than just Georgetown. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was really good and not that expensive. The view from the windown was rather unpleasant, but that's naturally difficult to change. |

the mattress and pillow are comfort, so I had good sleep. Room is clean. Room services did a good job cos I requested one more comforter they also gave me even the operator told me only allow one in room. So far for me is good and keep continue a good work |

The hotel was good for the price (only paid $100.00AUD per night). Staff were very professional. Pool area and room very clean. Food was average. While we were having a drink in the downstairs bar a couple of rats ran through the bar. I noticed rat traps under one of the coffee tables. After telling the bar staff, they said it was to do with demolition works across the road. Still a bit strange for 5 star hotel. |

Thetraders in Penang is good hotel and is still have that touch of Shagrila Hotel Management, is clean room are big enough and confort. The location of the hotel is not good, too noisy and cheap area near by. Some Staff at Receiption are rud maybe this is culture in penang I dont know. |

Free Broadband, Lavender Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. Clean and Comfortable Rooms. Superb and Friendly Service. No lift from the parking. Do unload your luggages first at the lobby. |

The hotel are clean and comfort and easy access to supermarket (giant), location just beside komtar which is good access to everywhere in the island by using bus. |

Förutom läget, är det inget större fel på hotellet. Motsvarar dock inte det man kan förvänta sig av ett fem stjärnigt hotell. Hotellet är beläget i ett mycket taskigt område. Kändes som om man hamnat i "slummen". Mycket trafik bidrog dessutom till mycket dålig luft. Min rekommendation är att istället boka ett hotell vid havet ca 30 min från Georgetown. |

Die aussicht aus dem zimmer. Der alte flair. Bei der zimmerausstattung hat der betreiber mal vollstaendig sinnvoll mitgedacht. Selten heutzutage, da doch im wettbewerb dafuer kaum noch geld ausgegeben, kaputtes nicht voll ersetzt oder repariert wird.shuttel zum anderen (echten) ressort. Fruehstueck war nicht das geld wert. Angebot deutlich zu lokal, keine betreuung.(holte mir taeglich meinen kaffee selbst im nachschank, auch ist er jeden tag kalt gewesen. Einmal bekam ich einen extra aus der kueche, da ich schon "auffiel". Ass jeden morgen das gleiche (omlett) und reissuppe. Da sollte das hotel was tun. Optisch erlebte ich keinen "gluecklichen internationalen" beim fruehstueck. Ich lebe, beschwere mich nicht zu stark, doch bin ich auch ein ruhiger vertreter.mir bekannte menschen, haetten etwas "mehr" getan. Es ging also. Wer eine stunde vor ende des fruehstuecks kommt, wird etwas mehr enttaeuscht sein. Meine empfehlung: ohne fruehstueck buchen und bei starbucks oder aehnlichem um die ecke essen... |

Buon albergo, le camere niente di eccezionale ma pulite e confortevoli. La posizione è abbastanza buona (10 minuti a piedi per il centro), vicina a chinatown e alla stazione degli autobus. |
