Comfortable bed, clean and affordable lodging. Very good room service staff who helped us during our stay. Good location since it is within the mall. Suitable for solo traveller or short stay. Not suitable for family especially with young children. Booked 4 rooms for my family. 3 with very weak aircon, 1 with safe not working, 1 with heater not working, 1 with no floormat. The aircon system at Tune 1 Borneo is very bad compared with Tune KL. Prefer KL branch to 1 borneo branch in terms of comfort level. |

Only the Bed. Price of Hotel is cheap but have to pay extra for air-con, TV, Towels. eventhough we purchace the aircon, but the room condition still warm. |

You get what you are paying for. Nothing less, nothing more. The hotel is located 7km north of Kota Kinabalu and the shuttle bus, which is free by the way, is a 30 min ride on the out but 45 min on the way home. Exhausting! |

It was quite the smallest room that I have ever stayed in! There was no wardrobe, no telephone, only one bedside table. Nowhere to store luggage - the hanging rail had no hangers (probably 'add-ons' ) and was a fire risk, because if used, the clothes would hang down over the bedside lamp - this was able to be left on because it was not connected to the central electricity switch/doorlock. |
