There are no window. So, air-cond is a must. It is not really optional as what you fraudulently claimed. Almost everything, from check in counter to the hotel room. Do you know that we have to pass by the shopping complex toilet to reach the lift to our room? It is worst then going through the back door when visiting a friend's house. We are supposed to be guest to your hotel, not servants. |

It is very nearer to the shopping mall. we can get the best Indian food from the your choice restaurant which is in the mall. It is the best hotel for low budget where we can get the 3 star facilities |

The price is cheap but the experience is more than what you've paid for. Just enough for budget travellers. They have a good housekeeping, comfortable rooms, and friendly staffs. I also liked the location beacuse it has easy access to the mall. The elevator leading to the hotel rooms is next to the mall's stinky comfort room. |

Easy access to shopping mall but not much choice of Malay food at 1Borneo Mall - condition of food court not so satisfactory. We payed for 12 hrs of air-cond but only spend 6 hrs, maybe should give choice of shorter hours (5 hrs for each top-up). |

Because of its convenience location, free shuttle bus ride to town centre and lots of restaurant. Too noisy, children playing outside the hotel rooms till very late and the noises started again at 6 am, lack of security. |

Affordable, comfortable and clean accommodation for my family. It was far away from city center. But, 1, Borneo shopping mall is just next to this hotel and it will be a nice location soon. |

I like the excellent service of the staff and their willingness to provide and cooperate with their customers. Their communication skills were indeed very good. The 'add-ons' were quite irritating and interferring with the smooth operation, thus making the hotel look cheap, rather than potray a standard quality hotel. Moreover, the rooms were windowless, giving the customers a sense of inadequate security. |

Convinience stay for shopping trip. Nice view from the room. The free shuttle service to city and this should extend to the airport. Noisy from midnight till 3 am. The bathroom is still wet after being cleaned, not mopped dry. The entrance to the hotel by lift shared with the public toilet at times quite smelly. |

Bed comfortable and bed sheet clean. Yr aircon irritate us with beeping noise several times during our stay for 2 nights. Yr room and toilet space are too small for 2 pax. |

Cheap but a few more facilities in the room would have been appreciated. The bed was comfortable and the shower adequate. The worst was the lack of an on site breakfast room and although the hotel was in a shopping mall it didn't open until 10.30. The room was reasonable but not as clean as it could have been. |

the fee for the towel, air-cond, tv, map.why don't u put it all in.what i mean is when we need then we've to ask for it.another thing is your room too small and don't have cupboard to hang our clothes.also don't have space for us to pray |

The comfort of shopping at the near 1Borneo complex. The main entrance and its lobby must be improved. The present one looks very much like a 24h grocery shop. |
