Comfortable bed, layout of ensuite, free use of internet, The room is an adequate size, unlike Tune at kl lcct which is ridiculously small.

Noisy shopping/eating centre next door, but did not generally go on too late.. Being located on a one-way street meant some difficulties with using public transport, and walking to/from Komtar hazardous because of the busy roads and flyover.

Very good. Central location that is just next to a big foodcourt. Walking distance to many places of interest

please add TV, hot water dispenser, it's okay to pay like aircon, phone to contact the receptionist

The tile flooring are wood motive, with black spots, I think will be better white / plain ones, will look cleaner, and suitable for "minimalis design". The horrible thing is the wall is too thin, we can hear all the sound from the next room,and we can't shut the door slowly, so it's very noisy. Some rooms has no window, it's not nice. Luckily my room has windows to see outside

It is very convenience, strategically located, most importantly clean and definitely value for money albeit a bit tight of room space.

Hotel carpark is a bit pricey. Suggest to give discounted rate for hotel guest.

There was nothing I liked at the Tune Hotels Penang. Absolutely nothing. I have nothing positive to say about the hotel.

I was very very disappointed with the Tune Hotels. THe hotel had charged my credit card prior to check in regardless their statement that the credit card is used as a guarantee only. No response from the managament regardless my enquiery why they did so. The room was really dirty and it took over 24 hours to have it cleaned.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Location is good with many eatery outlets besides your cafe in the hotel.

The Tune Hotel is situated right at the town center which is very convenient. There are 2 minimarts - one within the building and the other next door. Hence, it is convenient to buy necessity items (if needed)

The room is small and the wall is thin. One can actually hear the next room. There is no room with TV installed.
