Very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The linen was not as clean as I would have liked. Black hairs had to be removed before sleeping. |

Conveniently located in the business district of the city, proximity to shopping and eating places. Clean and value for money. A little too basic; no towel racks; very limited clothes storage/hanger and no provision for extra pillows. |

It's within walking distance to many town area sight seeing spots . Convenient also to ldine and shop for souvenir and gift. The room is without window although there is fan and a ventilation hole so called. Feeling not so comfortable and unsecure. |

For those on a budget, the hotel is clean; close to shopping centre and food places Any valid refund is extremely difficult to obtain. I've experience no response from hotel at all. And this is more than a month ago despite my frequent follow-ups. Very quick to charge your credit card. |

The hotel is clean and comfortable and near to shopping area, the cost is reasonable compare to other hotels nearby. Not receipt for me to apply for claim. |

It is hard to think of anything other than the location! Everything shouts"Cheap!'. Guests are made to pay deposits for the penny- worth keycard and towel, and there are no cups or heater, nor is there any space for putting them if there are. Cheap and mean is what comes to mind! |

location - in the middle of the city. ease of booking and paying via the internet. no extra pillows allowed, and no option to rent/purchase - hence depriving me of 3 nights of sleep and this defeats the purpose of staying here. what's the point of staying and not able of sleep? this is my first and last time here. |

use the wifi at produce by hotel, only by walking, i can go to water front, cat replica, shop and etc. maybe room size and toilet door dont have a lock and transferance on the top and bottom, if with family never mind but if stay with friend, may be feel embrasse to use the toilet |
