Clean room, hotel good located, nice, modern designed, staff friendly, helpfull, good place for a one night stop before further trip to cameron highlands. As it is airasia product you need to pay extra even for towel and soap. No free wifi.

Central location to city markets and Old Town, close to train station. Rooms tidy The rooms are overpriced, considering you get only one towel that you use for your entire stay. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and leaked all over the countertop, and the shower handle kept falling off whenever I turned off the water. They don't have power adapters for 110-volt devices, the only place I stayed in Malaysia that did not offer them. So make sure you have your own, or do as i do and walk around rhe corner to the department store and buy one for 8 ringgits. I don't watch TV on vacation but if you do, you will have to pay extra. Although they don't advertise themselves as a boutique hotel or anything fancy, I think you could get better value for your money someplace else.

Modern, western standard (= very clean) hotel. Location OK, however i tis nothing to do in Ipoh (except visiting the market). Rooms very small. Everything is charged extra (towel, wifi, A/C – turned off during the night since we have paid only for 12 hours...). Staff very unhelpfull with tourist information. Would not stay longer than 1 night.
