Tune Hotel - Kota Damansara  

My stay in tune hotel was a nightmare. I booked the hotel and received confirmation.I attend a dinner in klcc try to check in at the hotel .at 10.45pm .The hotel staff was unable find my booking and ask for my hard copy of my confirmation but i did not have it.So the staff very rudely told me that they cannot help me ask me to find a solution in the house computer. After having to from Singapore and attend the dinner I am so tired and I expect the staff to help me but they me like a refugee. So I got angry and to;ld them that i will pay for a new room the got me check in at 11 30 pm . Got into the room and they found out the aircon is not working so the staff suggested to change a room and got a new room at 12 20am then 25 min later the electricity breakdown and did not settle until 3.00pm.I check out at 5 am.

Totally disappointing.

The receptionists and security guards were very helpful. The security guard helped with my luggage and the receptionist gave me good directions and was very willing to help.

The basic room I had was very small and had a huge bed that took up most of the space. A smaller bed would have been much more suitable. The internet connection was fast and reliable but there was no wifi. This would have been fine, except that their marketing materials deceptively had the wifi logo next to where is said internet was provided. Using that logo represents a promise of wifi and that promise was part of the contract of booking. Therefore, by not providing wifi, that contract was breached. The shower was very weak and lacking in pressure. The towels were very small. There were gaps in the grout between some of the tiles in the bathroom. The safe box wouldn't lock when I followed the very simple instructions.
