Good value for your money. We were received by the entrance guard, rooms as advertised, lift, toilet and toiletries everyday refilled.
The palce it's safe, a shopping centre is just 3 mins walk and also a restaurant (Pappa rich) nearby. A 7eleven just next door, also a 24-hour automated laundry.
Staff was friendly however not trained for the needs or able to give you indications or advice on transport, local food, entertainment. Breakfast was good however don't expect too much for what you are paying, we stayed 4 nights and they would have a couple of variations: boiled eggs and pancakes one day, scrambled eggs and sausage other day; coffee, toasted bread, tea, butter, jam, and watermelon with every breakfast. For locals they also add different food options as breakfast (too strong and heavy for western patrons as ourselves)
While they would clean everyday, I wouldn't say that it was properly done, stains and rubbish were still there after they clean.
POOR LOCATION POOR LOCATION POOR LOCATION, bus nearby but not connected to the city centre, train not too far but difficult path if you've got children or elderly, and I wouldn't suggest to walk some of that path to the train station once it's dark. Taxis will overcharge you if you come back at around 5 to 7 because of the jams on the city (5 to 10 times the actual cost). Most of the taxi drivers didn't even know the place or area.
While the area seems safe in general the problem for us was the really bad location, I'd suggest trying to find a nearer place to the city as transportation could add up at the end
