The internet seemed to be ok I am in the Millitary and the Earthquake and Tsunami, caused us to leave within hours of checking in.... I was told I would still be charged for both days including the next day even though I did not spend the night there. I was told it was because I resereved with booking.com. I will never go to that Hotel again.Very respectfully, LS2 (AW)Martinez

Awful hotel. I've never seen worse. They try to economy everywhere. For brekfast eggs and beans only. Far from boats. Dirty area with rats in the street at night. Room is too small and so noisy. They forgot put water, toilet paper, soap, towels constantly. No safe in the room. No minibar in the room. Towels with holes! Linen not clean and with holes too.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and pleasant to stay in. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I was on the 8th floor and had to leave at 5.30am, and found that they turned the lifts off at night, so I had to carry my baggage down eight flights.

I arrived early in the morning at the hotel and was able to check in straight as the room was ready. The receptionist was excellent in the front counter and overall, it is a good and modern budget hotel. The securities for the room have to be upgrade as the door lock cant be properly function.

Great staff that willing to help. Location is great, not far from Phillipine's Market and mall. Breakfast was ala cart, not much variety but okay to start off the day. Bed was too firm, some people might like it but I prefer a softer bed. Room 405, there was a leaking from the ceiling, hope the hotel will fix it fast.

Good location close to shops and waterfront. Breakfast option of 3 choices was sufficient . Coffee and Tea and water jug in room. TV only has 2 english stations (movie and sport). Wifi was not working in room I tried 2 other floors and still not working, the front desk said they will fix 3 days later still nothing, they just flog u off. Hotel has only 1 communal safety box . Door would not lock I had to get it fixed twice.. Aircon leaked big time onto desk in room , they fixed problem. Shower floor needs a good clean also soap holding tray missing with rusty nail hanging out of wall . Tap in sink dripping.

Very reasonable, and convenience for us shopping in the city, rooms are clean and well facility supply E.G. hair dryer, shower cap, lcd tv..... If rooms window face to road, the sounds of vehicle running may cause a bit of annoyance, if possible book the rooms on the opposite side.

The staff were helpful. Overall I can say average to this hotel. The wifi did not work in the next morning which was very annoying. Attempted to re-login many times, it just kept saying I've login already, but I couldn't use.

Everything is fine The water pressure is very bad . I don't know why , maybe because of staying at the top floor . Water come out from tap sometimes strong & slow sometimes even worst totally no water come out . I think your Hotel have to take this matter seriously to prevent next custormer to have the same situation .

In the middle of town and very accessible to popular shopping malls.near to the market and waterfront. Simple and very reasonably equipped room. Excellent ammenities. Long time staff, ayie is very efficient and helpful. The pillows are to "flat". I got a sore neck while sleeping both nights.. Tv channels are quite lame. I'm sure the hotel can afford better,more entertaining channels. Too many malay channels. I got pretty bored in the room. Missed the newspaper delivery too. My next door neighbour got his paper but I didn'T.

The staff were quite friendly and obliging. The room was quite comfortable but the tv could be improved by having more channels. There is no fridge and no tissue paper provided. Other than that, it was satisfactory as a place to sleep and rest, not for a luxurious holiday.

I Booked it because I expected working wifi. There was no working wifi, and there was no one on site who could fix the problem. Unacceptable in this age.

The staff were friendly and courteous, exceeding expectations of a three star hotel. They attentively open the front door whenever they see any guests entering or going out. Thumbs up to the management/trainer. The room was small but comfortable enough for a night stay. There was no fridge but do have coffee making facilities. Water in the shower was hot and pressure was surprising good. I would like to complement the management policy of providing the full set of toeels in the rooms. Nowadays, most hotels do not provide full set of towels, ie bath, face and hand towels. The coffee house was closed for renovation so we were unable to try the food there. However, we had dinner at the Chinese Restaurant that serves some pretty giod food. Location was good as it was in the city area with eateries and shopping complexes within walking distance. We also visited the handicraft centre and the waterfront explanade. Overall it was a comfortable stay within this budget as we did not want to stay at a lower budget place. There were ants in the room and after we told the staff the next day, the ants were still around for a while but vanished by night fall. Our room had no closet. Just a place for us to hang our clothes. One side of the bed was against the wall/window so the person sleeping on that side of the bed has to literally climb in and out of the bed. There was no fridge. Wifi was not accessible in the room contrary to what was promised at the time of booking.

Guys and girls on the reception were very nice and always willing to help. It was very pleasant to get hand written message from them after we checked out and left baggage for several hours. Thank you, it was great vacation and good hotel to stay!
