It is close to Bus terminal and plenty of shops.

It is in process of renovation. Very noisy in daytime. Facilities in most room is out of order. Breakfast is okay in terms of quality and variety.

Everything inside the room was very, very dirty.Beyond may expectation like 1 star hotel,worst nightmare.

Good location and food are cheap and reasonable in the Hotel. Easy access to shopping area.

Bathroom was not clean and the shower tap was not working properly.

Mevtion in booking.com it is rated 3 star, but went I went there it is only a 2 star hotel. And further more the hotel is too old and all the furniture need to be reinstate, lucky I dont bring my family along coz the clealiness is very poor in the room.

Locality and not so busy road.

As gesture,the bathroom door lock not working and so thus the aircond needs upgrading.Frontdesk staff knowledgeable about local attraction and food centre when asked for info.However your maintenence gentleman,was it En Jas... did gave us the advice of where we can taste good local food in KT and some other matter.Thanks to him but alas it was our last nite in KT to explore further.However the staff are approachable. Wasalam wbt/Regards.

Bad reception service. Not smiling. Room condition too old for this rate. Even boutique hotel at rm88 give better room. Bathroom is dirty with stains on the wall. Bedsheet with pen marking. One of my worst experience staying in hotel.

keadaan hotel berbau dan tidak selesa.

Perkhidmatan baik tetapo dari segi persiapaj bilil tidak baik... Pada hari pertama saya cek in.. Saya telah di beri bilik hotel yang belun dan tidak dibersihkan oleh house keeping.. Selapas itu saya yelah diberi bilik yg lain.. Bilik yang kedua pula peralatan di dalam bilik kurang memuaskan iaitu lampu rosak peti sejuk kurang baik..dan kebersiham dalam bilik air tidak memuaskan.. Saya risau saya telah menggunakan peralatan seperti selimut atau tuala yang yelah digunakan oleh tetamu sebelum saya...

Bilik tidak di kemas semasa check in... Bilik berbau kurang enak... Ruang makan yang kecil dan kurang selesa... Menu sarapan yang kurang enak.... 90% - tidak menepati apa yang di gambarkan....

bilik 317 bilik, cadar, peralatan dan perabot: sangat kotor, berbau dan telah lusuh. kepala pancur air (shower) berkarat dan pemutar paip rosak kerana longgar. lewat malam tiada streka (iron) perlu tunggu keesokkan harinya.

The location to do shopping is great. Breakfast simple but taste fine

Noise from renovation work from their website they didn't mentioned any about the noise etc. Newly renovated room they didn't checked wheter all the facilities running fine..such as the shower heater not working. The unrenovated room the window panel broken lock..you can push with hand it will swing open..not suitable with family with small kids. If you have kids better ask for the newly renovated room for security.
