very clean and near time square I use ID card, but staff ask me for the passport. why ID card cannot use here? other hotel can.

The staffs were very accommodating and replies to inquiries with a smile. They provide a city map of kl and also suggests where to go and how to go to the tourist attractions in the city. It is also located near the Pudu train station so access to most tourist spots is a train away. Budget-friendly. I don't have credit card so it is indeed helpful that I can book a room in this hotel without using one. There is no lift or elevator, but nevertheless, we don't mind a few steps going to our room at the third floor. The aircon unit wasn't that ok (already set to 16 deg c) but still not that cold inside the room, but still, acceptable.

Nice hotel for the price.. not a hotel as expected...but the reception are nice, the place is full of restaurants that are cheap.. recommended place for shopping and train is just on the other side. Too much noise coming from the corridor and other room. but overall a nice budget hotel.

The room was clean. Air-conditioner working perfectly. Staff were good at entertaining requests. Good choice for backpackers. Near to lrt station.

For those who will attend any event in Kenanga Wholesale City in future, this hotel is the best option. Prices are reasonable and strategic location to nearby shopping attractions like Times Square, Sungei Wang and Bukit Bintang..

I couldn't ask fr anything better. They rooms are ok, hot water, air con, cleaning service everyday. The location is really good. You can easily walk in to Beryaja Time Square in 10 minutes and if you keep on going n Jalan Pudu you will find China Town and Little India within 20-30 minutes. Much more fun walking and cheaper, and quicker aswell. Just turn RIGHT outside the hotell towards the busstop and keep on follwing Jalan Pudu.

Убираются через день. Всегда чистые полонтенца, оставляют мыло и бутилированную воду. На ресепшене на хорошем английском всегда ответят на все вопросы, подробно раскажут куда и как лучше добраться. Расположение отличное, метро в 5 минутах ходьбы. Никакого комфорта в номере. Стены и потолок в подтеках, обветшалые. Шкафичика нет, в ванной нет даже полочки, шланг от душа висит прям над унитазом. Номер очень тесный и кроме кровати, табуретки и телевизора нет ничего.

бронировали за месяц, писала письмо в отель о подтверждении брони - не ответили, но все нормально, при заезде оплатили сумму за проживание + 300 руб залог, который при выезде вернули, принимают только нал. номер подушатаный, но для ночевки сойдет, есть душ с гор водой, мыло, полотенца, насекомых нет, кондей работает, окна закрыты мет. ставнями, кторые открываются - ночью свежо, телевизор не включали, вай фай бесплатно, райончик конечно не очень, но зато бюджетно. за эти деньги - все нормально.

التعامل الرائع والخلوق لطاقم الفندق.بصراحة كانوا قمه في الاخلاق والتعامل الحسن .لايتأخرون بالمساعدة عندما تحتاجها وودودين جدا. لاتوجد نوافذ للتهوية في غرفتي.

It was quite nice throughout my trip time. The Pudu Lrt Station was located at the nearest walking distance from the hotel. Staffs' attitude toward customers were acceptable. Room facilities were acceptable. The rooms' door lock were insecure for girls because that kind of design can be easily opened by even a 10 cent of coin. The room's ceiling must be repaired to cover those holes that made girls felt insecure.
