The excellent unique internal deco, the balconies with a view of the ocean which is a stone's throw away.

Just the weather maybe, heaters may come in handy.

The accomodation was superb, food was nice and the lodge well positioned.

The parking space just too small, since every one wanted to park in the inside small space, and in the rooms the Wifi wasnt available and no airconditioning and lastly the small streatch of road towards the lodge was slippery especially when there was rain.

1.Dstv in livingroom - only 4 or 5 channels is working. 2.Bathroom needs attentiom - basintap is loose and clothhanger is not fit properly. 3.No windows to open in bedroom.

the location was perfect! decor of the guest house trully morden and stylish, a minute away from the beach.

Well situated in suburbs of Swakopmund, but close enough to town, and next to Restaurant.

Wifi poor. Not good for business.

The rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The staff were ready to assist and provided all the necessary information on the activities one can undertake. The Guesthouse has the best location as far as am concerned with a very good restaurant just a stone throw away.

The delux double rooms we booked did not include breakfast, which did not make sense at all as all the other rooms included breakfast.

1. wi-fi connection was execellent as i could do my business whilst on holiday. 2. staff willing to listen to problems or to any compalimts and attend to them immediately

1. room 2 is located under the dinning room and it becomes noisy in the morning when other patrons are having breakfast 2. there is no key hole outside the gate should one have to leave very early in the morning and hence leaving your porperty unsecured with a wide opened motorised gate

Concept is great, a very modern, comfortable . Although I was there for only one evening and I believe it was a public holiday too, staff still assisted with having items of clothing washed and dried.

would be nit picking really. As I left early I did not mention that shower leaked badly, flooding the was basin floor area. By now I am sure someone else would have informed them of it.

The receptionist was very helpful. The room & linen was good. The mini- bar was also extensive.

No heating. It was very cold in our room such that it is offputting to be there. Having crockery and cultery with no washing or drying facilities was inconvenient. I understand that the housekeeping takes care of mess, however the mess remains until housekeeping is done.

Very friendly place - all staff were very helpful and accommodating. Very nice breakfasts and room, and close to the ocean.

Very nice rooms , spacious and convevient touch button system for lights etc comfortable beds and lovely flat screen tv! Free Wi-Fi also great Nespresso coffee wonderful

Room was extremely cold and no way to warm it up - no aircon! Reception had to bring a heater which they very kindly did!! also, no chair or couch to sit and read or perhaps a little table and chair.

We liked the location of the Guesthouse,,Fantastic staff with their friendly and excellent service. The view was great, the rooms excellent and clean. This was really a very good experience for us. We would certainly stay their again and would refer the guesthouse to all our friends and family.

There is absolutely nothing that we did not like.

It is stylish and modern and has secure parking.

Temperature in the rooms are centrally controlled and we were cold.

We liked the location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfort of the bed, having a bar fridge - in fact just about everything.

The only change I would like to see is a new shower head in unit 6.

in some room you smell a breakfast early morning

Firstly my room was modern and fresh with a beautiful view. Even though I was not able to spent alot of time in the room, the times I was there, I felt relaxed and at home.

Fast nichts. Ausser der Nespresso-Maschine auf der Suite.

Fast alles. Management und Personal inkompetent und nicht qualifiziert. Zimmer wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Viele elektronische Spielereien, die nicht funktionierten (Jalousien). Frühstück minimalistisch, mit sehr billigem Käse, kaum Wurst und überfordertem Personal.

ontbijt was wat simpel en ondanks dat de kamers mooi waren, voelde het soms een beetje kil.

Das beste Preis/Leistungverhältnis auf unserer Namibiareise! In einem Aussenbezirk von Svakopmund gelegen. Sehr schönes modernes Guesthouse mit tollen Zimmern und moderner Ausstattung. Schöner Aufenthaltsraum mit Bar und Wifi, sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück. Tipp: Wrek Restaurant über der Strasse ist top! (reservieren)
