Old furniture, out dated and needs urgent renovation.

When we arrived,we were informed that the hotel is over booked and they did book us in at another hotel.They did not even ask if it is fine with us and are we willing to relocate.We were not happy with the other hotel and insisted that they need to accommodate us.They gave us a family room,but still charged us for two double rooms.Up till now i did not receive my refund back,although they did confirm on the 31 Dec that they will process the refund.Breakfast is the same every day,after six days you are really tired of bacon and eggs,the same cereals,maybe they need to add hot porridge/croissants,various sausages,tomatoes/mushrooms

Location is ideal as it is near all places of entertainment. Will definitely refer hotel to friends.

I had booked 7 nights through Booking.com and stayed for 6 nights. The hotel insisted that I pay for the night not spend at the hotel. Paying full amount for night not spend at the hotel was not fair as they should have charged me commission paid to Booking.com, to recover expenses plus a percentage as penalty.

Everthing was wonderfull, the food, the rooms, the breakfast and the personal was very kind.

Staff was very friendly and internet service was good and reliable

I wish the staff had communicated better with each other about my request to have a tax invoice promptly at 5 am when I said I would be leaving - not at 0540.

The staff were excellent, I couldn't praise them enough really, they were always friendly and helpful.

It wasn't quite as close to the town and beach that I thought it was when I booked it, but only a ten minute stroll to the beach so not a major problem really.

Friendly staff. Free WiFi in hotel. Very good restaurant for a reasonable price. Well located in Swakopmund within easy walking distance of major shops. Swakopmund is an interesting area well worth visiting for the landscape. We enjoyed Charley's Adventure Tours half-day trip.

Rooms are pretty sparse, consistent with 3 star rating but perhaps closer to two star.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The Hotel is nearby the shoppingcentre. We enjoyed our stay!

The wi-fi in the Hotel did not work in our room. The best spot was in the front of the Hotel. I would have liked it to work in our room as well.

In spite of the grumpy management the staff tried hard

The management's strange attitude: They have a perfect place for unloading luggage but this is left empty and 'chained' closed - The other options to unload/reload are either the main road outside the hotel which is always covered with sand or the unpaved back parking so your bags get dirty and it is much further to carry the bags To unload I asked the management to unlock the chain and was first told to just unload in the passage away from the 'chained' enclosure - when I insisted they unlocked the chain but we had to move immediately so it could be relocked. Suggest to management they should simply leave this area open with the notation "for unloading only no parking"

This hotel was a 3 star - with 5 star service. Rooms were not fancy but they were very clean. Restaurant served very good local & international cuisine. Great stay.

The dining room staff were friendly and efficient.

Good hotel, great staff and an excellent restaurant. The location was also ideally situated close to the downtown area

We enjoyed the fact the family rooms were split level - the kids were able to have their own tv and watch without interfering with what we were watching. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

Would have been nice to have had a bath in the family room but with the limited space, realise this would not be possible.

Incredible restaurant at the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast there.

Good rooms, but very basic...no shower, and very firm mattresses. Parking is secure, but in a sand lot behind the hotel, so take luggage out at front door and bring to room, rather than attempting to drag rolling suitcases through the sand.

Convenient and comfortable; excellent cuisine with an imaginative menu; generally friendly and helpful staff. Free wi-fi easily available. Secure parking an advantage.

Nr. 26 Zimmer war furchtbar. Fenster mußte geschlossen sein wegen Essengeruch. Matratzen waren durchgelegen, man konnte die Sprungfeder merken. Anderen Tag eine etwas bessere bekommen, aber auch schon sehr alt.3 Nächte kaum geschlafen.Aufgeräumt lieblos:Nachthemd auf links gelassen einfach zusammengelegt,Kaffeetassen im Badezimmer stehen gelassen, Kaffepulver,Zucker,Milch einfach hingelegt u. nicht im dem dafür gehörigen Ständer eingeräumt. Handtücher unordentlich zusammengefalten u.ganz durcheinander hingelgt. Um 9.40 gab es nur noch Automatenkaffee u. es waren keine Brötchen u vernünftiges Brot mehr da.Frühstückende 10.00 Uhr. Keine Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer, ist nicht nötig, steht aber im Prospekt. Für diese Leistung ist das Hotel zu teuer. 3750 N$
